Perugia's roster is made up of well known players from different countries.. They are really the dream team and obviously it is shown. On the other hand Monza is the dark horse of the competition. No one expected them to reach the finals. It is already a great achievement for Monza.. Good job guys..

Man, I used to hate watching Giannelli set, especially on the national team because he was always so predictable - if the ball wasn't going to Juantorena then you'd just know he was going to set Zaytsev like 80% of the time. I'm glad that he gets to play club volleyball with world class players who give him so many options to set and thus improve his skill. I love the new, younger and more aggressive Italian national team too. Since winning Eurovolley in 2021 I've been rooting for them because of how much they changed the Azzuri's playing style. With a now amazing setter, reliable libero, some of the best middles in the world, versatile outside hitters and a not so bad opposite, I hope they go far in the Olympics.

I am happy when I see happy people. I enjoyed with all my heart the joy of Perugia, the warm moments with all their loved ones. I would have liked to see great joy at Monza as well. However, second place in one of the most important volleyball championships in the world is not insignificant. They have a strong team and if they can keep it together, next year they will be even stronger together. Truly, Cachopa is now the most powerful Brazilian setter. I would be happy for him to be the starter in the national team, because he deserves it. I am very happy for Giannelli. This performance was missing from his record, although he is arguably the best Italian setter of the moment. Next year will be a different story... In sports, you're on top now, but you don't know what's going to happen in the next moment. That's how it is in life, actually. That's why I think it's important for every high-class athlete to be also a man of great character, who knows how to build a beautiful life, based on authentic values, in parallel with his sports career. This could mean that sports build strong, beautiful, vibrant people who have something to give to this world when they are no longer shining like stars in the sky...
Monza had an exceptional play this year . With their current players, it was already a surprise for them to get into the semi finals , not to mention the final. Obviously the difference between the two teams is obvious. I really would have my jaw lowered if they could drag it to game 5. A reasonable outcome. Congratz to both teams !

Yep. Without them two there won't be show. Perugia will continue to be an efficient, champion team and that's it. Bores me! I want a different volleyball experience, the type Semeniuk and Ben Tara cannot give me. I do enjoy Plotnitski no matter how much he gets roofed.

@@hellcyte5259 I hope Herrera will have better luck with the setter in Civitanova or whatever other team he'll join. I'm under the impression that he and Giannelli never really clicked.
E finalmente!! Voluto, rincorso e stra-meritato questo campionato. Non vorrei fare nomi, questo è uno squadrone completo che ha meritato ciò che ha rincorso per anni...e quest'anno anzi, ha fatto tombolone..di premi, intendo! Dicevo di non voler fare nomi, ma io sono un fan personale di Giannelli che seguo da sempre, uno che se non è il migliore del mondo, è uno dei più in alto..poi c'è Leon un tizio che ho aspettato a lungo in Italia (e pare andrà via🙄)..ma tutti, tutti stratosferici...un plauso particolare però va ad un signor allenatore👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

It's done. Congratulations to team PERUGIA, the CHAMPION. All team members cobtributed a hard worked even Leon who was on benched for the past matches because of injury. Giannelli, Semeniuk, Herrera all the best for you.
Leon showed clearly that he is still a beast . Leon spikes are the last word .Great match ,at the end of the day perugia is the the most spectacular team , the list of spikers is unbeliaveble .They even kept Leon for many matches as bench player.A pleasure to watch .

@@Chuyewno, he has been healthy for a while. They kept him on the bench simply because Semeniuk and Plotnitsky were better options
@@LifelessVeemo I'm talking on whole season. He had health problems and he needed time to back in form. In final matches he was unstoppable. I'm not sure if he is now on his 100%.
@Chuyew yes he was injured at the start and he for sure can still be one of the best attackers in the world, but he is a liability in reception and it's clear that Lorenzetti decided that Semeniuk and Plotnitsky were strong enough on offense to make their better passing worth keeping Leon on the bench, even when he had recovered. Yes, he was able to come on in this series and make a difference, which just goes to show the luxury that Perugia has in the depth of their bench

I concgratulate both teams. Pity, that a ball contrast from court colours is poor. However the most important will be if Italian NT win a Olympic gold at last. It will depend also on if Italian players have had enough opportunities to play in this top league.

@@LucasCosta-tb5rc li em algum lugar que ele queria se poupar pra VNL(se não me engano na última edição ele teve que operar o joelho e ficou de fora da competição) e para as Olimpíadas. Afim de evitar lesões já que está tudo próximo. E com o agravante da saída dele do time, especulo que o técnico preferiu não usar ele e dar volume pra quem vai ficar.
@@LucasCosta-tb5rc dessa eu não sabia, só se foi em 2018, mas também li que ele tava saindo da liga italiana pq queria ganhar novas competições e que a que faltava pra ele na Itália era a superlega.
@@LucasCosta-tb5rc Este foi o primeiro campeonato do Leon. Na temporada 2017/18 jogou pelo Zenit.

Perugia overall got a much deeper pockets (money talks! ) the 2 cubanos as bench start.. in a way saving the best for last. If the second set was saved by Monza, things wud have been a different story. Weldone Monza & for the first time finals Ran Ran.

Це якраз була 4 гра в серії, перуджа вела з рахунком 2:1 за іграми. Автор відео допустив помилку вказавши що це 3 гра серії, хоча це 4 гра. І так вона остання, оскільки перуджа виграла і рахунок в серії став 3:1, і тепер перуджа чемпіон 🥇🏆🎉🎉
This was game 4, not 3 as the title says. The serie is finished and Perugia won the serie 3-1 and won the italian Superleague
