Today I show you how to wash your dishes properly. 90% of people wash their dishes incorrectly - Resulting in it taking WAY longer than required. Using these dish washing tips you'll use 50% less water, as well as it taking half as long to complete. Washing the dishes by hand will no longer be a dreaded task - you'll enjoy it, and you'll have peace of mind knowing you are washing them at maximum efficiency.

  • I also have a 2 basin sink, and I like your approach. I do it very similarly but I typically fill the side with the dirty dishes with warm soapy water so the can dishes soak, meanwhile I use the empty basin for the rinsing. Also when in doubt I use my finger as a scrubber because I can feel dirt that my eyes would totally miss if I used a sponge. The rest of my cleaning process is identical, which is very validating. Since at my country we also may have days that we don't have water if we use it all, since hardly ever rains here only at January it does much rains so we have to not waste much water.
