It is kinda sad to see those guys working in what looks like a kitchen basement. But to be fair, I would never expect Brooklyn Beckham to be there since it was so easy to get there and psychos exist. That's just a disaster waiting to happen.

Looks alright to me, just a typical dark kitchen. The team in the kitchen looked professional and working hard.
Yeah it looked fine to me and perfectly hygienic. I would be happy to even live down there. I'm a rat btw, I learned to type because I previously worked as a lab rat, and learned these skills as a result of some interesting experiments.
They seemed pretty chill and friendly. I guess if it's a new job there's a bit of a buzz around things and morale might be fairly high, but most chefs/cooks I've worked with are absolutely not as cheerful and usually have zero customer-facing ability.
Eh they seem like the average cooks who don’t clean as they work. But it’s very demoralising when you’re not cooking for real customers.

Incorrect. It's not nepotism. Nepotism is when one employs a member of family or close friends based purely on the relationship rather than the skills to perform a role. This is a case of using a famous name to sell something - the same way actors / actresses are used to sell cologne / perfume. They aren't versed in the art of perfumery, they are versed in the art of making money and selling a brand. Beckham is using his fathers name to sell stuff. It's not nepotism, it's capitalism.

He isn’t a chef and wouldn’t be famous or have masses of money behind him to create this facade if he wasn’t the baby of wealthy celebs. Maybe it’s an example of nepotistic capitalism 😂

back when he was just starting out and during the very first days of a restaurant opening? cannot say I have but I'm pretty sure he was. cooks who have no qualifications yet and/or chefs that are opening their very first restaurant usually tend to be in the kitchen...
I mean, he’s at the level where he doesn’t need to cook at a restaurant bearing his name. Plenty of high profile chef do this. They have done the work and gained the respect to get there unlike Brooklyn who has never worked in a restaurant in his life. It shows how little he cares since he isn’t even supervising a pop up event.

Gordon Ramsey and Jamie Oliver worked for a significant period of time learning their craft and building up their pr to create their restaurants. Brooklyn beckham just decided he wanted to be a chef one day and in a short amount of time has a cooking show and pop up takeaway… without the hard graft.
At least they have food at their restaurants and have contributed so much to the culinary industry and have educated us so much about food. I can't say the same for Brooklyn
I really can't tell if you are slow or not. Both of those people you mention worked in restaurants and yes they did cook in their restaurants. Now in their career they take a more business admin role. How does your comparison make any sense?

I think what you guys should do is make a new restaurant, astroturfing it with bad reviews, making it the Worst restaurant in London. I would be very interested to see how many people this would actually attract and whether someone might turn up and say it’s fraudulent to make bad reviews about your own restaurant.
