  • Great recipe ! Thanks for sharing. Here's a tip for everyone: if you love a frothy drink but don't have a fancy milk frother, pour the golden milk into a Mason jar, put the lid on and shake it up. You will get a beautifully foamy beverage this way

  • Having fibromyalgia when I first found the recipe for Golden milk and it's benefits I made it that very night and I can honestly say it really helps. I slept better the first night and not as much pain the next day. It has an amazing taste (though I've used coconut oil) that's rich. I like to keep my cup pretty warm as the taste changes as it cools, but don't let that keep you from drinking it. Also I want to mention That a friend's hands were swollen from arthritis so much he could barely bend his fingers. That night he drank 2 cups of Golden milk before bed and woke the next morning with no swelling no stiffness and hardly any pain! 🧡😊

May I make a suggestion Robin that you show the recipe with ingredients below your videos or even a picture at the end of your video we can pause and refer to when making. • Hi Robin, I just made this recipe and it was amazing! I loved your cinnamon addition. I have made a slightly different variant in the past by adding in some nut butter, and vanilla essence. I also make a slightly different golden turmeric paste for my dog that has arthritis. It is turmeric powder, water, coconut oil and freshly ground pepper, and I occasionally add ginger if I have fresh; and I have been able to keep him limp free and off western medication.

Man invited the Devil in and that belongs on him and man's need to be their own God instead of being satisfied with what he originally had planned for us. It is sin to mock The Almighty. The Devil loves that! I have had Crohn's Disease all my life, 42 years, and never once ask the Lord why he chose me to carry this burden. I have ask him to help me use it to help others. I would have ended this misery long ago without the reassurance that because of Jesus, and the shedding of his blood, there is a perfect place waiting for me in the Heaven man turned up his nose at the first time in the Garden of Eden. No matter what hot coals in life I must walk everyday, will I ever blame my Lord, that curse belongs to the power of darkness.

  • This sounds absolutely delicious, and I’m go into try it tonight . Just a suggestion; if you use whole milk vs almond or other non fat types , you will not need to add the butter for the fat. It is important that turmeric is taken with some form of fat for absorption. I have taken turmeric for several years now, and the pain relief results are profoundly better when I take it in the evening with approx 6 oz of whole milk.

If prescriptions cause side affects you will be prescribed something to counteract the symptoms, or if the symptoms continue?....change to a different prescription. Practice. If you get better science has won. If you do not get better they will surgically remove or correct the problem. If that does not work eventually you die. Mortality wins again. My morning mucus & throat phlem is gone & I haven't felt the slightest cold symptom even after being around family & co-workers that are sick. It is an acquired taste but try it.

    • So is the dark chocolate considered a fat? Because of the butter or coconut oil or milk which are fats. They help the Tumeric absorbed in your body.

Less meat, no cheese or flowers, no added sugars, tons of fresh greens, sprouts and others. I love to make smoothies with sprouts, 🫐🫐🫐 and almond milk. I've recently started my 🍵🍵 as well. My favorite so far is fresh ginger, tumeric, honey, lemon and a bit of cinnamon.. 😋 thanks for your video Edit: absolutely nothing processed!! Don't do it folks.. it's all poisonous

No pains, lots of energy, sleep well, and my stomach acts as it should, very regular. I been taking the pills for about 5 yrs.
