  • You are spot on. I love short hair and find women with short hair are so trendy and beautiful for women. BTW, if the spouse or boyfriend say it is a game changer, get a new partner.

  • My curl is much like yours. I am a pixie girl. I am trying to grow it into an angled bob. But I may change my mind and keep it short. I have no SERIOUS long hair goals. I am so glàd I came across you. There are so few curly channels with curls like mine.

  • About feeling feminine with short hair. As a teen, I struggled with accepting my feminine body, I avoided being associated with stereotypical feminine things. And when I was 17, I convinced my parents to let me get short hair and went straight to the 6mm buzzcut :D Ironically, when I looked in the mirror later that day, I felt such a strong surge of this feeling feminine, I've never loved myself before that much. Since then I keep my hair super short.

I just need to get some courage to tell my mom I want it again because last year I said I wanted it, but she said, "Wait a year to make sure, so now I made my decision ty ❤ When I get the haircut, I'll post it on youtube so you can see how it went ❤😊

  • I live in a rural area and finding a good hairdresser is a huge expense and challenge. I had very long hair and then cut it into a pixie in lockdown. Amazingly while it was stressful getting regular trims, my physical health, allergies and chronic illnesses improved drastically. I wasnt at all expecting that! My husband loves me with short hair and is actually disappointed 😅 that I'm growing it out! Your video is outstanding and offers such a balanced (and occasionally hilarious) viewpoint. Btw im the most boring, vanilla, safe, studious girl on the planet, not edgy at ALL!! 😅😅😅 Kay x

  • People are so annoying. I cut my hair and ppl have asked me 'why'. I don't know how to answer that. Any tips? Also how do you wear a hat? Also what style of hat & how to avoid hat hair or ruining it after so much styling? 🤔

    • As for the questions about why, I would tell them it's hair it will grow back. If I didn't care for them I'd say are you the one paying for it? I wore baseball caps for times when I didn't feel like styling it, but I had a relaxer back then 😊

  • OMG I’ve been searching for your platform for months now!! Your curly cuts have been my inspiration, my struggle is finding someone who knows how to cut it 😩 I’m not convinced I can do it myself. A few years ago I went buzz cut but that was an easy cut lol so now I need to figure out how to get a cute style this time! I can sooooo relate to the sensory stuff of my hair, I hate it covering part of my face , I always put it up, so it’s like what’s the point of even having it longer length if it’s always up. Can’t wait to go back short, thanks so much for your videos 🤍🤍🤍🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

    • Ahh I’m so glad you found me!! 💜💜 it can be hard to find a stylist who can do it on curly hair, I get it! That’s why I do everything on my own 😅 the sensory stuff is a big motivator and benefit of being short though! I’m glad we relate!!
