That M5 had no chance in the corners! Great driving!
And that's why it's my favourite part of the track ;) From the carousel to the end, I have groosebumps just talking about that ^^
Most importantly: interior light on party mode
Loved it!!! I own an F56 myself so you thrilled me
Thank you! I'm glad you liked the video :) I love it, this car is underrated!!
Great driving brother! I’m a mini owner myself, my 2023 cooper s is arriving this week to the dealership. Hugely underestimated hot hatch. We can clearly observe that a properly driven cooper s can fight against way more expensive cars, I’ve seen cooper s keep up with 240m and s3, quite impressive for a 192 hp car.
Nice driving! love the mods and thanks for listing them in the comments! The noise this car makes with full exhaust and intake mods are amazong! Shifting also excellent even stock but much better with a CAE or Coolerworx!
ballsy driving man....that was a fantastic watch
Uhhhhh man, i love how you played with that BMW! So amaaaazing my friend ! Greetings simonf56tracktool
I'm glad you've liked! :-) I hope we see each other at the ring at some point! Tschüss!
Cool to basically see "my car" on the ring absolutely ripping down the track
Great driving and fantastic Mini.
Thank you very much! I very appreciate :)
Incredibly sharp
Very nice video, great driven!
Thank you a lot ! It surprises me that video gets much liking since it was so long ago, but I can't wait to get back with the Mini when my project is finished :-)
Nice looking Mini there, good driving too.
Thanks a lot !!
Super cool dude
nice driving skills, and love the MINI got myself the F56 S :D
Thank you, I really appreciate it :-) Can't wait to get back at it !
pretty sweet! nice driving.
Thank you!
You got the Camera spot on !
Thank! Yes I tried different things but I like that view more now !
Tu as gagné un abonné ;-)
Super!! Merci beaucoup :-D
Merci beaucoup! :D
Top comme d’habitude !
Merci !
Running in the 90s was playing while this man caught up to the BMW in the corners
Mini love corners that's for sure !
Nice video!!!😍
Thanks! :-)
Wicked!!!!
I use same setup 225/40/18 Cup2 , what pressure did you start with on track? And where can I get brake ducts?
Love your videos! You’re quite the driver! I noticed that you’re shifting pretty quick without the shift shock that plagues the f56 due to rev hang. How did you get around the rev hang? Tune? Flywheel? Both?
Hey! Thank you very much for your kind words :) I have no tune at all about that, but I have installed a Quaife lsd in the OEM gearbox, Helix reinforced clutch with organic disc, Helix lightweight flywheel and the CAE ultrashifter that helps a lot, direct, precise and so enjoyable!!
@@BlackBettyF56 just watched your video “F56: traffic management”. Impressive driving!! Looking to trade in my MK7.5 GTI for. F56 MCS. I read one of the comments you replied to about what you did with the gear box. Would you mind telling me how much that cost you estimated?
@@BlackBettyF56 also how is daily driving the car with the LSD and clutch upgrades (if you did or do daily driver the car that is).
Are you using the auto rev match feature?
Very cool car with some decent driving. How did you remove the fog lights on the front to make it like the JCW? Thanks
Thank you very much! :) If you're interested and if you want some pictures, you can contact me on Instagram (@Black_Betty_f56), I will send you some pictures. I have removed the fog lights in order to install the Mini Challenge braking ducts to cool my discs down :)
Great run, nice to hear the tyres squeal their lungs out..
Fwd combined with a lack of front camber, not good
It is so nice to hear the actual sound of that motor and not the fake active sound that is in so many f56 reviews. Did you deactivate the fake engine sound that comes through the speakers, or is it just being drowned out by the true engine note from that JWC Pro Exhaust?
Hey, thank for for your question! I didn't know about fake sound in the new mini.. Mine doesn't have this system and I'm very happy with the pro exhaust combined with the sport cat from scorpion. It's very loud in person.
@@BlackBettyF56 Yea it sounds like a great combo. I enjoy playing this video just for the soundtrack. I have an F57 with a Borla muffler just to get some more sound. The car was so quiet from the factory. But your setup is now on my list. I bet it even sounds good in green mode.
@@notebookbabies Haha ! Awesome :-D Yes, it's impressive what you can get in the end !! The sound of a car is so important to me
Super propre!
Merci beaucoup !! Tu as toujours la voiture ?
What modifications does your car have bro ?? Nice drive !! Greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽
Thank you a lot, from that specific video all parts are mentioned in the description bellow !
You are running with the AC On, i know theres a clutch on it....but shouldnt it still be off? Nice driving btw, do you have a short shifter installed? The throws seems really short compared to my MCS
I get pretty hot while driving, that's why I'm keeping it on. Yes the car has a CAE ultrashifter, love it :) Thank you for your comment!
Very nice video. What are your engine, brakes and tyres? Thanks
The exact specifications from that exact lap can be find in the video description, and the list is adjusted every time depending on each lap/video you're watching :)
Hi, how did you get those tire size pass the TUV test? I personally think 225/40R18 are the perfect choice. Great driving btw
Thank you! Here in Belgium they don't pass. I have another set with 215/40/18 in order to pass the regulation. When the f56 is lowered the 225/40/18 rub in the arches. This season I will try another set of wheels and tires. Team dynamics 1.3 with Dunlop dierezza 03G in 17"
hello great video, where do you buy that manual stick ?
Look after CAE Shifter online :-) Thanks for your comment !
Sick video mate, the cars an animal! Crazy mod list as well, what sort of power is the car running at bud?
Thank you so much for your comment! It has the mod I have mentioned only, no remap. So should be around the stock 190 hp of the cooper s. I'm glad you liked the onboard!
Black Betty F56 that’s sick mate, it looked quicker than stock! That will be insane with a remap on the ring. You won’t be keeping up with the M5 you will be destroying the m5;) sick channel mate your videos are awesome👍 I can’t wait to start modifying my f56!!
@@gsmini1749 Hahaha! The goal is 7:30 btg, will see ;) Have fun with your project!!
Black Betty F56 that will be sick! Thanks buddy, fitting some wheel spacers this Tuesday and some 30mm eibach lowering springs and also getting a midpipe delete on Friday! Can’t wait haha.
No remap?? It looks rapid, great driving!
How much power are you making? Also, incredible driving
Stock 2015 Cooper s figures, thank you ! :)
Super vidéo ! 😍
Merci !!
What PS/Hp you running?
Mate how did you come up with the upgrade list. Nice lap
Hummm, I learned through time, trying different suspensions, pads, discs, tires,.. Trying to adjust the car to be more and more track focused. I'm now building it at Team Schirmer for a full GT conversion :-)
How are the 225/40/18 holding up? No rubbing or others problems? I'm still deciding what tire to put on my ultraleggera. Why did you use spacers in the front?
I don't recommend 225, you will spend more time rubbing the fenders than enjoying your track time. 215 is the way to go on stock fenders :) No need for spacers with 215, but 3mm for extra calipers clearance is nice. It was touching the kw clubsport a little with the 225, so I used 3mm spacers front.
the mini is held back by its tires, damn shame they cant support just a bit wider of a tire
Can I ask if your setup is daily driveable? Your mini's setup is awesome though i'm using mine as a daily.
Thank you for your comment! Yes, I use my Mini as daily at the moment :) Clutch can be annoying in traffic though.
@@BlackBettyF56 Now i'm more inspired to set my mini up! Thank you so much!!!! :D
Hey mate awesome driving. Can I ask how much the original front seats weighed before you put in the recaros ? When I get my mini I want to get the exact same seats but can't find out anywhere how much the stock ones weigh. Thanks bud.
I don't have the answer to this question unfortunately, I sold the interior so I can't help anymore
@@BlackBettyF56 did it feel vastly different mate ? Like just off feeling alone did it feel like it was worth it ? Thanks bud
@@Ashleycb97 For track, it’s insane !! One of the best things you can do, original seats drive me crazy, how your ass is moving since you’re not maintained.. You, feel the car more with bucket seats, you can concentrate more on driving. Same goes with harness 👍
@@BlackBettyF56 ohhh awesome to hear mate , thanks for sharing !!!! Can't wait to get my JCW and do the same as you !!! Enjoy bud
Have you remapped it?
Hi, it was on stock map there :-)
LG
I noticed the exhaust popping did not occur at any high speeds. I have noticed this behavior on my F56 as well, but other owners tell me they get popping even at high speeds. Have you noticed this?
Yes I have noticed. Dilatation of the metal I guess. I suppose they don't get as much temp as we do! But the pops are not good for the car, and when they're loud I find them annoying so I'm pretty ok like that :)
@@BlackBettyF56 I'm with you, I'd rather not have the popping in the first place, but the inconsistency of it is almost even more annoying. For me it's basically right at 70mph that it stops, temperature doesn't seem to play a part. It's entirely controlled by the ECU for the sake of noise, so I don't understand the speed aspect of it, and still some other F56 owners tell me they here it even at higher speeds. Not sure what to make of it. Other than a couple oddities like that I'm loving it.
@@zecc81 Yes best bet will be ecu control with some device.
Nice video! But the engine seems to be restricted in the higher rpms. Do you have any plans to achieve higher rpms and more power? Turbo upgrade or other camshafts?
Thank you!! The engine is stock and has the original map at the moment. I'm putting the car on a dyno next week in order to know more about the figures. Maybe a new flash for more power, I have the jcw figures in mind. I will see depending on the power it makes at the moment. The goal is to keep the engine safe for track use. Internals and turbo are in my mind, but for later! :)
@@BlackBettyF56 Thanks for your quick response! For me, it would be very interesting to know how much power the car has at the moment. Also how much it weights. Keep on pushing!!!
@@coffeeinthemorningsun2121 My pleasure! I will let you know! Thanks :)
With the parts, on stock map, the car made 191hp and 316nm on the dyno :)
@@BlackBettyF56 Thanks for the response. Do you have 191 wheel horsepower or engine horsepower?
Damn that little thing is quick! Also 6:40 ...really? A multipla?
Hahaha! :'D Thanks!
@dave Murray never mind the multiple did you see the first model sirrocco... Awesome to watch as I have a clubman Cooper S 2018
Thank you :) I'm glad you liked watching!
Is the lighter flywheel worth installing? Do you daily drive it?
I used to daily drive with the kit. It always depends on each individual preferences haha. Can be rough sometimes, but I like it sporty, heavy and firm so didn't mind me
What exhaust do you have on your mini?
The mini had a scorpion sport cat 200 cell and jcw pro exhaust here !
How can I manage my lights to switch colors like that?
You hold the color switch down for a couple of seconds, then it will start to shift between the colors.
Haha nice I didn't know, thought it was a bug ! Thx
I just received the ST front sway bar and it doesn't seem to fit my F56. How did you manage to fit in your car?
I'm not the mechanic who installed them sorry I can't help you out. Let me know what was the problem.
@@BlackBettyF56 no worries, I figured it out. Thanks anyway!
does the downpipe not cause overboost if you keep stock setting in engine and turbo?
I have no idea! Car is remap now.
7:24 how come that r56 was going so slowly? is the f56 just a lot faster?
Discovering the track I suppose, F56 are not faster than R56 in my opinion, let see when mine is ready to hit the track again, hopefully later this year !
🔥🎶❤
Music to my ears as well !! Thanks
Hahahaha ! Thank you xD
Hi, Could you tell me what supension use it right now? Thx
Hello, on this video it's a kw clubsport 2-way, now I'm getting a custom Nitron suspension kit from Team Schirmer !
What mods have you done to the MINI?
Alexperignon it’s on the video description 👍🏻
@@jaycee1088 Cheers ^^
3:15 -3:30 makes me want to sell my car and get a mini tomorrow!
Haha! :-D
Stock ?
Hey! The car has some modifications, you can see all of them in the description of every video, updated each time. engine is stock, few externals but stock map :)
What tyre pressure did you use?
2.2
Black Betty F56 hot or cold?
@@Kiieerrann_xx Hot !! One or two laps to get the temp up, brakes, tires,.. Then I get the pressure down to 2.2. Don't forget to get the pression back up when you stop driving on track. After lunch for exemple get the pressure up before going back on track because the tires would have lost some. And then repeat :)
Should defo go for a liteblox or any other lithium battery and save yourself 20kg off the nose :)
Do not worry ! She's on a diet now, the very best one ;-)
I stopped watched when a taxi overtook.6:30 😐
Great decision! It was the beginning of me driving, so quite bad. But I can not wait to drive the car back once the build is finished. I gained experience since then and it will be quite a hard car to drive and I am very excited about it. Thanks for your comment tho
der typ kan nicht fahren :D :D :D
