They're taught to give and repeat orders because of policy. When use of force is done they'll ask of you gave directives and the detainee didn't follow them. They'll keep repeating just to drive the point home, and when the incident is reviewed, they'll be covered.

that's pretty standard nowadays (if it's not a public space that has to abide by city fire safety guidelines). they're called hollow-core doors. They are constructed with a thin layer of wood or fiberboard applied over a honeycombed (if you peel off one side of the door the cardboard would look honeycomb in shape) cardboard (most common) or plastic core.

The first video with that man who was unresponsive, I felt as though I was watching a zombie. The way he was unresponsive and the way he was behaving sure looks like he’s high on something. This man was strong enough to push an armed police officer down. It takes a lot of strength to push a police officer let alone fight them. The way the first man in the first video was behaving was very incredible. But credit to the other officers for helping. What really surprises me is that people when caught always blame others instead of blaming themselves.

Ehhhh. Arresting those who simply play with drugs for "Personal Use" is something I haven't been able to comprehend for the last 3 decades of my life. Or at least since i watched the old neighbor guy get arrested for sitting on his porch after calling 911 to report a fire across the road. He went from being retired& having everything he needed to disappearing from the neighborhood for 2 years, losing everything& becoming homeless. A decade later after getting my driver's license, I seen him late one night at one of the local stores. Stopped to talk to him& got a bunch of tickets for driving after dark on a permit or some b.s. like that& giving money to the homeless. I can't even remember what the actual charge was. At which point it was basically like the 6th confirmation that interactions of any kind with law enforcement just ended in wasted time, wasted money& more trouble.
