I test this Friday may 17 and I will pass
Before backing, take a visual assessment of ALL objects around the spot where you intend to back into. Like curbs, trees, fire hydrants, forklifts, vehicles, fences, buildings, signs, etc. It's all about the placement of your tandems. The closer you put your tandem near the spot where you intend to back in, the better. If you have plenty of space, it doesn't matter where the front of your truck is. If you don't know what's down the road behind the building, GET OUT & walk the path yourself. But most of you are lazy & will rather drive down the unknown path.
If you fail third exercise , do you have to do back all three again, or just last one?
Illinois isn’t an alley dock back. It’s parallel park the truck.
