  • Some additional notes about Peach's double jump: - If you double jump on the first frame you're airborne, and then hold down to float, you will end up floating at exactly ground level. This is much lower than a standard float you get from holding down and jump, and it allows you to land with quick nairs even faster than a normal float. It also lets you ASDI down into the ground while you are airborne. This is incredibly powerful because you get the benefits of being airborne (fast aerials, land cancels on moves like Falco and Falcon dair) while ALSO being able to ASDI down. Peach players call this a *subfloat*. - The other great part about that double jump on the first frame is that you can do it with direction. You can run to the right, double jump to the left, and then hold down to float, and what will happen is that you will take all of the momentum from double jumping left with you in your float. You can use this to gain speed incredibly quickly, as well as instantly change direction like a wavedash while going airborne instantly actionable. Peach players call this a *hyperfloat*. Here's an example of peach player Quetzalcoatl using a hyperfloat to quickly punish his opponent: kzhead.info/sun/m5xwac-Oa4h4lX0/bejne.html
