With more than 20 years of development, WondeeAxle has formed complete facilities, professional team and strict QC management, making it one of the top 5 axle companies in China.
Factory covers an area of 100,000 square meters, 4 workshops. more than 200 sets of main equipment, 10 production lines, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 semi-trailer axles.
WondeeAxle is designed according to the advanced production process flow, strictly implements IATF16949 QC system, and has complete testing equipment, which ensures the effectiveness of quality control throughout the entire process from raw materials to the finished products.
WondeeAxle products include German semi trailer axle series (10 tons to 20 tons), American semi-trailer axle series (11.5 to 16 tons), spoke type axles, disc brake axles, low bed axles, agricultural axles, Dutch axles, Brazilian axles, South African axles, British axles, etc. Special axles can be developed according to customer requirements.

Process 1: Material inspection
Process 2: Cutting
Process 3: Hot rolling process.
Process 4: Flat head process.
Process 5: Pushing process.
Process 6: Heat treatment.
Process 7: Shot blasting.
Process 8: Straightening.
Process 9: Hole Boring and end scraping.
Process 10: Fine machining.
Process 11: Drilling and milling machine.
Process 12: Medium frequency quenching.
Process 13: Outer circle grinding.
Procedure 14: Bushing installation
Process 15: Four ring seam welding.
Process 16: Six hole boring.
Procedure 17: Assemble the camshaft
Process 18: Automatic painting line..
Process 19: Component assembly.
Process 20: Final axle assembly.

  • I must tell you that although it was something you do quite often it was a first for me. I look around KZhead & seeing you do that no one else has shown a flat bed that big. if you had gone on say another half hour I could have stopped you early, but you didn't. I do find what you get up to interesting - Thanks
