Unfortunately, Article 3 of the constitution provides that justices “shall hold their office during good behavior.” Which basically means for life. They can be impeached but that has only happened once in 1804. Samuel Chase was impeached but the senate refused to convict.

Re, Presidential immunity, I don't think that either absolute Presidential immunity or no Presidential immunity is as clear-cut as some have advocated. I've come to believe that Presidential immunity can only be determined on a case by case basis
