Prayers for the Migel Rodriquez Family. God Bless You All.
What an incredible event; I have always loved watching heavy equipment, but this equipment goes above and beyond, and totally blows me away. I will be with you until the end of this and beyond.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I built bridges most of my life and no they will not be using the old piers. Wrong size, wrong location, not enough bearing capacity. New bridge will most likely be a cable stay bridge with two massive piers. Rea lly enjoy your channel
Post tensioned segmental precast bridge is an option.
New bridge will look like the Tampa Bay bridge.
It's a beautiful day for the workers doing the salvage operation.
Watching this ongoing miraculous work is addictive! This amazing equipment and those who are so skilled at operating it are doing an incredible job! And thanks so much for this channel!
I love being able to see what is going on from the view on this side. Keep up the greaat work
Congratulations Captain Andy on 25,000 subscribers. Well deserved. Blessings. Sherry 🥰 🙏 💞 🚢
Thank you! The Minorcan Navy has been great to me!
I am so glad that you are covering this drastic event, as here in the UK don't hear nothing, not even on the nationwide news, all we got to know was the bride collapsed, nothing after that, so yer, great for us to see your videos and the likes of Fox news coverage. Stay safe out there, and thanks again
Watching from New Philadelphia, Ohio. You guys are doing a great job keeping us informed.
That "focus refresh" that you did at about 2:07 really helped. Thanks again for all your coverage here. jt
Thank you for streaming.
Cleanup is coming along nicely thanks to the hard workers and equipment. Be safe out there.
Thanks 👍
Wow 🤩 incredible! Thank you!
Glad you liked it!
I really enjoy watching all each and every day... Finally realized that I had to go to laptop to SUBSCRIBE thru You Tube Thanks 👍👍
Watching from San Francisco Bay Area
BTW: Just to let you know - I'm watching your stuff from out here in the SF bay area (SF, Oakland, San Jose). Like so many other folks around the country, we've got a few bridges to worry about too (although I think the Golden Gate should be ok - at least untill we get hit with "The big one"... Again, thanks for your coveriing this. Cheers, jt
You are the only one i have subscribed to! Like your channel the best!
Wow, thanks!
Thank you..
You're welcome
Hello, my name is Jose Vazquez, Army Vet. I just subscribed to your channel as a thank you for doing what you are doing to keep us up to date on this tragic event. I was wondering how your internet service is out there where you are filming. If you need assistance with internet service I may be able to help as I supply internet service to rural location.
watching from Olympia Wa.
_Some highlights and easter eggs, most are best viewed at 2x speed to begin with:_ 4:42 on the left pier, you can see the large crane on the left (McClean's 'Baltimore') rigged to a piece of the truss, and a man-basket coming into do some cutting 16:15 Resolve Marine's RMG-400 starts moving out in the background. She was cutting the truss (diamond wire saw) that Weeks 533 has been holding at the bow of Dali 25:59 during the pan, you can see Weeks 533 behind the truss 32:37 Weeks 533 starts moving into the frame from right to left 37:00 You can see the truss piece Weeks 533 picked out of the water move behind Chessie, Headed to Sparrow's Point (TPA) 1:17:50 Cashman's 'Dale Pyatt' clamshell dredge is chugging away 1:40:40 There appears to be a man-lift on the bow of 'Dali' cutting the truss section. (?) 1:56:17 the men in the man-basket cutting the chunk BALTIMORE is holding appear to go for a wild ride (left of pier). 1:56:26 there is a splash in the water, below. 2:22:14 two vessels enter the frame from the right USACE debris vessel 'REYNOLDS' in the foreground, and the tall ship 'Pride of Baltimore II' sneaking by in the background. _(go back to normal speed for audio)_ 2:23:12 *Interesting radio traffic:" "Seeing unusual spikes in some of the cylinders" "Donjon is taking a pick" "...attached to our structure or not. Donjon currently has steel in their jaw and they are making a pick" "I don't know if you guys are up there working on it, but you might want to consider otherwise" "Copy that" "Yeah, come down" 2:26:10 "Are you still observing unusual movement of the structure" "starboard side of the ship"
At Brandon Shores - that is a precipitator, not a smokestack. What you're looking at is water vapor, not smoke.
Sound and video is good here in KY
I would say yes, new everything!!!
Damn that's a fistful of cranes/derricks!
George, Good observation! I THINK I count EIGHT CRANES in the immediate vicinity!!
Audio is good.
Yes
Watching from Iowa
Thanks for watching!
It would be refreshing that when they show this project "in progress" they might show something in actual progress, - - anything !
It is a very difficult project to cut these spans into pieces and maintain any kind of balance stability. Many factors working in tandem. One bad calculation or small shift in load can be deadly.
That second lift was one small chunk for mankind. It's slow going.
Sounds good
BRANDON SHORES!!! Newer than the older Herbert Wagner power plant downstream from it. The TWO power plants are almost SIDE BY SIDE! Sam, Towson, md
do they have under water cameras to guide where they drop the claw?
On My ship tracking some of the cranes GPS is not posting them being on site. The 1000 is not showing. The Vicki M is Shown sitting behind the NW Nav aid
Looks Like Progress To Me. That's For The Videos! Easy As She Goes.
Hear you
With all the cranes in the video there isn’t much going on the water see very little movement !
Brandon Shores 1 & 2 come out of that scrubber. Both units are coal fired.
At 1:57 piece of bridge cut off. Left side of screen. Brave metal workers in "bucket" coming down.
how do they know where to drop the claw?
Perhaps use the old piers for boat bumpers
Where is the ship ? I don’t see it in your picture ?
It's there! Still....
❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
are they working today I see seven cranes but it doesn't look like anything's happening
Streamtime has been mostly down today
Will the Dali be repairmentioned salvage.
I can hear you now
Wow @1:24 I saw a crane move a bit
I would be great if people time stamped their comments in 'Baltimore time' like some on StreamTime Live are doing.
Are you Minorcan in MD? Ancestors from FL?
I am. My home is on St. Simons Island, Georgia. In Maryland to cover this event and I must say the hospitality here has been overwhelming. Wonderful folks here!
@@MinorcanMullet nice! I'm a Triay "cousin" in NJ - don't run across many of us up this way :-)
Are the tug boats switching off escorting a ship out then escorting a ship in ?
From what we have seen, The tugs are dedicated to one ship at a time and usually see traffic either inbound or outbound.
I would not count on a new bridge soon...
I’ve got 1080
What is that plant in the background- a nuke plant?
I heard there's now only one human body missing now? Is that correct? 😔
Yes
Looks like the crane in front of Chessy has a BIG piece..
WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE THE UPLOAD TONIGHT!
Have they ever recovered the last 2. Haven't heard anything
One of the workers was found last night.
@@MinorcanMullet Thank you
I SEE THE LARGE PIECE OF STEEL MOVING
Is this live?
No.
It was live earlier in the day
Wind noise on your mic
You have much to understand...
All cranes sitting and wasting time.
and maybe there’s good reason .. like impatience yester .. and it transpired that they found one of the missing
Turn off the radio and talk
Your video equipment is very bad
Better than anyone else's at the scene
For viewing from over a mile away with a telephoto lens, I think the view is pretty good.
and it’s free ! What ya complaining at !
Well Bill, bring your polaroid on over!
