  • 🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 02:18 🏃 *Speed is the First Fundamental: Focus on consistent speed rather than just fast builds and edits. Prioritize not making mistakes, optimal builds, movement, and awareness.* 03:56 🛠️ *Improving Speed for Beginners: Play realistic scenarios in the background to simulate real game situations. For advanced players, focus on creative Zone Wars against skilled opponents.* 05:05 📐 *Grid System Basics: Understand essential moves like high cones, high walls, high stairs, far edits, and protected cones/stairs/walls for effective building and retaking high ground.* 08:36 🏹 *Perfect Peaks and Timing: Achieve perfect peaks with the right build setup, positioning, movement, and resetting. Learn the peanut butter right-hand edit for effective peaks.* 11:38 🤝 *Peace Control Strategies: Master protected, reset, and unaware peace control techniques to deal damage without taking unnecessary hits. Understand the importance of good crosshair placement.* 13:54 👀 *Consistent Crosshair Placement: Keep your crosshair at head level for easy shots. Maintain good crosshair placement during rotations and builds. Enhance awareness with less movement.* 15:04 🖱️ *Mouse Control Fundamentals: Focus on accuracy, pathing, smoothness, and speed. Practice in aim training platforms with a higher sensitivity. Universal principles apply regardless of platform.* 16:44 🔗 *Universal Benefits of Mouse Control: Develop consistent mechanics with high-tier mouse control and crosshair placement. Play aim training games for quick improvement.* 17:27 ✂️ *Mastering Scuffed and Unique Edits: Practice edits in challenging situations, such as hugging wall edits and peanut butter edits. Master stair flips and unique edits for versatility.* 18:34 🚶 *Importance of Movement: Mastering movement makes you a hard target. Focus on a good Crouch bind and accessible Sprint bind. Understand the significance of movement in overall mechanics.* 18:49 🏃 *Movement is best improved by playing against skilled players; mistakes are quickly punished in competitive scenarios.* 19:31 👀 *Awareness is the most crucial fundamental, allowing players to capitalize on opportunities and act upon opponents' mistakes.* 20:43 🧠 *Visual awareness is prioritized, consistently looking at opponents during fights, helping in decision-making for builds and edits.* 21:10 🛠️ *Building keybinds importance is relative; not having terrible keybinds is more critical than obsessing over optimal ones.* 21:53 ✂️ *Editing mastery comes with repetitions in creative, against friends, or in ranked; having a solid keyboard is recommended for better editing performance.* 22:34 🔄 *Switching between edit on release or not depends on playstyle; with it off, sustaining perfect Peaks becomes easier, making you a tougher opponent.* Made with HARPA AI

I just got one question, you mentioned that the wooting is the best keyboard for fortnite and the 2nd best would be the apex - I just wanted to ask where do those 2 keyboards differ & do edits for example feel smoother on the wootin than on the apex? as both have rapid trigger mode now - thanks a lot!!

    @Qalibra@Qalibra5 ай бұрын
    • realistically the difference isn’t noticeable the actuation point for the wooting keyboard is like .1 and the apex pro is .2 i believe but it isn’t noticeable, it really is for preference between the 2. there are other keyboards out there that are a little cheaper and are still amazing but those two will definitely feel the best and actually be the best

      @vayfn@vayfn5 ай бұрын
    • @@vayfn the reason why these keyboards are better is rapid trigger. that makes it noticeably easier to make double/tripple edits

  • My mechs are so bad but my aim especially shotgun aim is insanely good meaning 200 pumping or max damage is what I usually can do but how I find myself dying in comp/ranked is from people hiding or me just messing up mechanically… when I play ranked all I do is hot drop and even in tournaments I used to hot drop, I played pro level scrims for a few months in late 2018- mid 2019 and honestly even in those tournaments I’d only die to players hiding and somewhere in endgame. When I used to vod review with pro players who were my friends the big thing I did was teach them how to play perfectly instead of looking past small mistakes but in reality even if I play perfectly I still die because of something I’m lacking some feature of my gameplay. Insane video for new players and it’s crazy how much more knowledge people have now versus 2018. I will say though if you’re a new player to comp the #1 unchangeable thing that will determine if you can be a pro/semi pro is playing the game all day and passion. I’ve seen multiple players go from average to pro or terrible to pros it’s all in your dedication and I actually believe if you have good hardware and decent ping you have a good shot at being a professional player. This is long but if you’re a professional or semi-pro look into streaming/content creation because realistically you won’t be able to make a livable salary off Fortnite unless you’re a t1 or t2 with salary and creator money, that’s my rant gl if u wanna be a pro.
