  • In Calgary Alberta. Watched it at a bar with many gooners. 2:0 i broke down, depressed and in tears with the Birmingham final still in the memory, haven’t won a cup/title in years. I was down on my lowest but life comes at you fast and it did that day. By the end it took me 2 weeks to get my voice back! Happy memories COYG!

  • I went to this game… I went to every round that season. When we were 2-0 down I was saying to my friend “ah we’re going to lose” by that point I was just annoyed. He said “ah don’t say that” Then when it was 3-2 I said “we’re going to win” and he still wasn’t happy with me saying it. I couldn’t win 😂😂😂

  • Football can be so cruel, you need to seize moments like these, title races, cup finals, because you never know how long it will take to get into position again, it had been 9 years, we really really needed this one, If we didnt win this one, we may still have been waiting for another trophy to this day, but obviously we managed to get it over the line and retained it the following year. Cruel on hull, they had their moment, a play off final at Wembley with Dean Windass, but that doesn't really count as a major honour does it? This was the one they needed , Its been another 9 years and they haven't come close to winning anything else since. Every season as a football fan you live on hope.

  • This was heartbreaking as a lifelong Hull fan. Probably the closest we'll ever get to winning the FA cup. I really liked Steve Bruce as our manager. Glad to see Arsenal back challenging for the Premier League title again though, they were always my favourite PL team since the Henry era.
