It sounds like the prosecution might be struggling to present a solid case while the defense lawyer seems exceptionally dedicated and well-prepared. The state lawyer’s lack of familiarity with basic evidence and the DNA report is quite noticeable, raising concerns about their level of preparedness for the trial.

What the judge said in the end made more sense. The matching dna of blood and hair belonged to another person and the dna of some hair found near the victim matched with the accused. So there is possibility of the accused being present with an accomplice who may have murdered the victim. However that is not conclusive evidence the accused had anything to do with the crime. It still has to be proved that there was involvement of the accused, but at this stage can still be suspect.
Foolish Police fhucked up this case ... they should have tested plaintiff's DNA too

@@comando_3198 I concur, if the DNA does not match and the woman pretending to be victim, if, is conclusively proven to be falsely accusing, then she should be subject to a minimum of 10 years of incarceration.

Here everyone knows who murdered. In spite of gross incompetence of state lawyer, Judge tried his best to be neutral and lenient with state lawyer's sloppy investigation, FIR report, statements, literally everything. The defence lawyer is fluent in English and that's his major strength. State lawyer is not even fluent in Hindi and using some dialect.
What will the lawyer do? If the police do sloppy work and arrest idiotically. The state lawyer needs to talk using whatever was collected even though he knows she is not the person.
Why do you think the defense lawyer’s fluency in English is a major strength? The prosecutor spoke well. Using dialect doesn’t mean he is not fluent in Hindi. It’s his most native and, to me, very understandable. What is native is genuine. Wouldn’t possessing a native and understandable language be a major strength as well? Had he prepared a case, we would have been able to correctly assess his linguistic legal competence (which in this video I thought wasn’t dull). In this case, it was only incompetence because of lack of preparation.

Excellent Argument.. Not only bail but I can sense acquittal of the accused.
There is literally evidence of blood on towels and other fabrics fo7nd in the accused home. The defence lawyer exploits the fact that the investigation does not specifies whose blood it is. Also, the accused has a history of violence against the victim. The only problem here is that the prosecutor was utterly unprepared. It's possible that the other hair found on the scene is from an accomplice. Good language plus loopholes doesn't imply innocence. A proper trial is needed to uncover the truth.
This judge takes a lot of time to understand and to ask basic questions pertaining to a murder, investigation.
Which is how it should be. His every actions and words can make lasting impact on someone's life. He can take as much time as he wants if it helps in understanding the case better.

Let's not conflate incompetence with not knowing English. English is not a superior language. Many people make amazing arguments in Hindi and in broken English. The strength of an argument does not come with language.

Killed or not has to be proven. The defense lawyer's arguments suggest an incomplete investigation and some serious questions remain unanswered. If she has committed crime she must get the punishment but if not she should get resolution fast enough.
