It is legit, the best MMA podcast out there, interviewing real OGs, up and coming, current, etc... the stories, the convos,... Rampage and Bear are so good together gaddamn.

  • I was out in Yerevan in the multi wellness centre in Armenia training every day with different wrestlers and judo guys and let me tell you, some of the stories you hear about how Karo would just destroy everyone he trained with are insane. I'm a purple belt under a roger gracie black belt, and I was just getting ragdolled by some of these armenian guys, and they would tell me about how karo and his trainers would ragdoll them. Definitely one of the most underrated fighters in UFC history in a certain aspect of the sport (judo).
