  • I’ve never been a word smith so these prompts are expanding my way of looking at words and their meanings. I look at a word and think about the artistic way of expressing that word or quote.

  • Thank you for these tips on finding our journaling style. I tend to be very critical of my style and listening to you reminds me that when I am critical of my work it takes the joy out of the process. I'm going to strive for joy, not perfection.

  • Im just starting my junk journal journey but im really excited about it because i believe this is exactly what i have been needing in my life. Maybe that sounds weird but i have been wanting to express myself creatively for a long time and also journal for a long time but i have a definite fear of failure that gets me stuck before i begin. I have always collected little mementos that dont necessary relate to each other and they just end up being clutter. But now Im excited because i already feel so inspired and i finally feel like i found something where i can be creative and also work out some of my personality kinks that have been holding me back all at the same time.

  • I recently came across your channel & I like it! Trying to get my creative juices back flowing again. Haven't created anything in years. But I think I can art/junk/glue some stuff on a page. Don't have money to spend but I do have some stuff around the house.

  • Exactly. We often learn by doing. Even if we personally aren't happy with the result - we've explored and learnt a lesson. And yes, we evolve and have different phases along the way. What has amazed me in my junk journaling journey, is that sometimes I look at work which I created a long time ago, and think 'wow! - how on earth did I do that'?!!! So, experimenting and playing are important. 🧡💚🤎
