Sonny is a legend, exactly right, he's not getting any service at all, Kulu and Johnson useless at passing and Madison is badly out of form.
To be honest johnson and kulu are more of finishers. Look at the games such as against Brighton and Sheffield United kulu scored a beauty and brennan scored a winner( which was a tap in). Nonetheless We do need both of them to be in form.

Anyone would be awfully naive to blame the fan base for our football performance. Fans would naturally cheer when their team wins and complain when their team lose, never would you find a losing team hugging and kissing each other when their team is not performing. With the speed of social media, you will find people would call their manager, players to get out of their club when they don’t perform, Spurs might be immune to trophies but they are not immune to social respond from their fans, all club face exactly the same from their own. There is a toxic part on some fans who like to cause social disturbances, such as complaining on other fans social behaviour, typically calling others “plastic Fan” when one complain, in contrast they use this platform in aim demonstrate how they are the better fans than others. It’s cheap like Levy and it’s such a little village mentality here, you have no control on how others should react. Should we start wining again, you will find all thouse criers start loving the team again, calling Angel’s better than Pep and Son is the best striker in the world, and when we lose, they want us to sell the whole team, just be quite and let it plays out. If you get upset on other fans reaction to team lost, try get used it, if not, the internet might not be for you. Enjoy football :)

What's the point of Ange standing on the touch line shouting "pass, pass, pass". That's all we do, repeatedly, then we lose the ball. Two passes by the opponents and we are in trouble. I'm fed up attacking 10 men behind the ball and our opponents having a empty half to move into. It just isn't working especially against the top teams. Two more losses coming against Liverpool and City, lets hope we can beat Burnley and Sheffield and we can sneak fifth. Hey boys: on set pieces there’s 3 points you’re overlooking. 1. Ange has a set piece plan - it is get to the ball first and play on transition (we scored goals from that) - more than conceded. But problem is players are not getting there first; that’s why he says it’s mentality. 2. We haven’t been winning many free kicks in front third. That’s why we haven’t scored many. 3. A set piece coach may well get us a couple more goals or concede a few less: ie 8 instead of 13. Or 5 instead of 2… but in the overall scheme of goals scored and goals conceded- they may well effect one or two games, but if they play the way Ange wants they should win 3-0 every match. So the free kicks are not as important as getting the in play issues sorted.
Come on spurs fans, we are nowhere near that early season form and I have never seen a whole team lose form like this. Also if a spurs fan tells me that he is happy with Ange saying he is not bothered about set pieces I know damn well they are telling porkies.

Ange's system is not working anymore because 1) other top teams now know how to exploit the major weaknesses in Ange's system and 2) Premier League games are really fast paced and played by many top players and smart managers / coaches to take advantage of these major gaps such as our defense wide open to counter attacks with one pass/turnover leading to goals for the opponents, wasting too many goal chances by poor finishers, conceding too many set pieces, the lack of properly functioning #9, etc. High possession rate and pass accuracy do not mean anything. Our style of playing is EXTREMELY wasteful if you look at how many passes and how far our players have to run and how many passes to pass accurately in order to score a goal compared to our opponents whose movements are very economical.
Kane can not be replaced, he played midfield and attack, plus an amazing goal scorer, it’s going to take time.

The Captains not getting fed the futbol, hardly getting any passes these last few games.
The reluctance to shoot from distance is purely down to Ange not letting them. We all know Maddison, Son etc can shoot from long range but Ange won't let them.
Ange will let them if its on. He want them to believe in themselves to shoot for where ever. No coach would tell any player not to back themselves and have a shot. When Porro got that shot way outside the box he looked backed at at Ange as if to say hows that coach. We lost the match 2 nil, we were the better team. Tottenham hasnt had Maddison in form like Palmer has been for Chelsea. Ange looks at the whole picture.
When Porro put that screamer in against Burnley in the FA Cup, it was the players on the bench who were shouting "Don't shoot". Not Ange.
Tottenham's standings: 2020 - 21: 7th, 2021 - 22: 4th, 2022 - 23: 8th. Son provided the most goals and assists, Vicario denied so many goals for opponents, and Micky / Romero / Udogie provided solid defense.
Guys I think we are underestimating how good Kane is. Is a huge difference. I do not agree with everything the coach does. For example personally I am not a fun of Bissouma and I believe he is misstriding Lo Celso hugely. But nevertheless he deserves more time, 2 huge singing in the No 9 and No 6 positions and then we judge him again. But comparing a team with Kane with a team with out him is no sense

Would love to see a hybrid version of Angeball in which only one of the backs invert to raise havoc, and keep changing up which one it is to keep opponents guessing and Spurs legs fresh. Love Sonny, but we need a striker that’s good in the air. The only player seemingly willing to duel in the air plays right center back and that just can’t work. Against Burnley as a test case let’s put Dragusin at right center back and Romero in #9!!!

My analysis of the game: Bissouma & Sarr were both poor and have been since they came back from the AFCON games. Porro was under pressure from Chelsea the whole game and just gave a 50/50 game whilst Emerson was lost. Kulu and Johnson just didn't get to the byline and cross, they are both poor crossers. Son had no service, fans criticizing him haven't got a clue. What peeps are also missing is that the opposition managers have worked out how to counter the Inverted fullbacks. When the opposition team loses the ball they transition back to the low block. Arsenal did it and Chelsea did it. Ange has to teach the players that when they win the ball they must get goal ward ASAP. Personally I think the players are a little weary. Ange trains them harder then when they play.

Wholeheartedly disagree that the team is regressing, the team is out of form currently because of an accumulation of injuries and quite frankly a lack of depth in areas that we need depth. Not to mention it’s a different style of football that probably demands more of the players physically. It’s the first year of a rebuild, these are things we should expect with the goal of competing next season and beyond. Rome wasn’t built in a day so let’s quit acting like rebuilds always have to look positive at every stage. Love where the team is at, and unfortunate we couldn’t get a Europa spa but were miles ahead of where we were last season

I was never really an EPL follower until Ange came in, yes I'm Aussie. Where I grew up it's full on Rugby League and my team is St George. At the moment, they have a new coach and we're not doing so well. What I will say is two things that relate to this discussion. 1. It takes 2 maybe 3 years (seasons) to judge a coach or manager. 2. Teams NEED at least 3 "S" class players that are consistently on the ground and playing well to have a chance at taking the tile, cup, shield, trophy etc. I have a question for Tottenham supporters and commentators. How many "S" class players do Tottenham have?

Another season and we are talking about the same things as we have done for years. Same old spurs, same old excuses. I'm willing to bet now, next year will be the same. Think about it.
