    • This video was taken in Istanbul/Kadıköy which is a very animal friendly place to begin with. We have lots of cats, dogs, seagulls, crows and even hedgehogs we take care of like the gentleman in the video. The place he rescued them has probably 100+ more cats around. Istanbul has worlds biggest street animal population So I do not think anyone dumped them, they were just a bit unlucky with their health issues.

    • One of my cats, Miss Spots came from a feral colony. In 2020, in April, some kittens needed my help and their feral mum (Miss Midnight the Feral) had to be caught so she could take care of them in the office. Miss Midnight the Feral became Miss Midnight the Feral Queen of the Office. In January of 2021 she, along with her kittens were fixed. The vet said that Miss Midnight was absolutely feral. However, she had come to enjoy living in the office. She walks around the office like she thinks SHE owns it! I often see her sleeping on the cat bed in the middle of the office. There is a box right by the door to the loo, Miss Midnight will often come in when I'm in there for some attention, or she will go to the box, hop in and wait for me to come out...sometimes after she gets some attention from me. Miss Midnight always HATED being inside with the door closed before. She would literally go into a panic! Ok...so I'm talking about some feral cat with some kittens and what does this have to do with Miss Spots, right? In August of 2020, Miss Spots suddenly decided she wanted to be a house cat. Miss Midnight...is her mum, but, Miss Spots decided, entirely on her own, to become a house cat.

    • @@tolgaocal3281 Why does everybody compare their country to a country you don't know or have never been too? I live in the UK but has visited many countries including the USA and Turkey and they are all completely different in terms of stray/feral cats. In Turkey, cats are everywhere but friendly. Some will allow you to stroke the. They are not feral in terms of being anti-human and everybody looks out for them and feeds them. In the UK because we are in the Northern hemisphere, its a little colder which means we have less wild animals to deal with. In fact most rehoming animal charities will not allow you adopt unless they have access to the outside. We prefer to give cats choice, whether they want to stay in or go out for a wander. We also in the UK have long established animal charities and laws to protect animals. But we are a small irrelevant country in the Northern Hemisphere. It is wrong, is it not that just because feral or stray cats behave in your country a certain way, does not mean that they behave like that in all countries, or am I just going completely gaga?

    • I've only seen a cat willingly crawl into a cage once. My cat has asthma, and has to go in once in awhile for an exam. He is a notorious bad noodle at the vet. He gets prescription sedatives prior to appointments. So poor little salem, high as hell on drugs, having puked on himself on the way to the vet, having fallen off the exam table because he tried climbing in my lap, stumbles into the cage, ready to go home... his lungs are doing good though 😂

    • My rescue behaved the same way. When I started packing to move, she got very concerned. I couldn't keep her out of the boxes. I brought out her carrier & put it among the packed boxes. She began sleeping/napping inside the carrier. It was heartbreaking 💔

  • The fact that she was tame enough to just walk into the carrier and stay there, but her owners dumped her on the side of the road is insane! I'd sell the person who did this to satan for a single bag of cat treats and then give the treats to the cat
