This is a delicious breakfast made with potatoes and eggs. It's also good as a snack.
Ingredient :
1. 2 potatoes
2. 4 eggs
3. Ham
4. Potato starch
5. Green onion, salt, pepper
* It is also delicious with butter or cheese added.

    • @@simmo3730 I think you may have to cook them a little longer though, to make sure the bacon is cooked through, as it will take longer to cook than ham. But that will result in more crispy potaotes..so still very yummy :)

    • @trapdoorspongecake1 Good morning. We tried this recipe last night. We pre-cooked the bacon then added it to the mixture. Unfortunately the potatoes we used weren't the best. We dried them out as much as possible but...the final result was delicious 😋

    • @@simmo3730 . It is not my recipe. Cooking Haru makes some awesome recipes. That accolade belongs to Her/Him alone. I just thought Bacon would work with it too. I am glad that bacon does work with it, and it turned out well for you. I have yet to try this recipe. It looks yummy
