  • they sell industrial stretchers and stretch sprays (best used together).. it's a little more expensive (around $30-$40 for a decent stretcher and $10 for a bottle of the spray), but a vast majority of shoes only go up to a size 10, so if you're right at the line and take a 10.5, or have a wider foot, or that one toe that always get pinched, etc, then it's worth the investment.

  • I purchased a pair of gorgeous Joyfolie heels... They fit except for the front area is tighter on my left foot- so I guess, they DONT fit ha ha... trying this technique because I am in love with them!!!! Thanks!!!

  • Lauren Messiah What is the trick I can do if my shoe are too small compared to the length of the shoe I would like to know if it is possible to be able to enlarge the length of the shoe because I have a long feet in size 10 and 11 In the normal shoes so my toes feel squeezy inside so cant wears my sexy shoes :( and sometimes I am forgetting to use a tools to help my foot heels to get into the shoe

    • Thanks for watching! The freezing technique works on boots- just make sure you use a larger ziplock bag so it doesn't get stuck.

  • Going to try the freezer. I bought a new pair of heels to go with an outfit. The shoes felt fine in the store. Wore them around my house and the toe box hurts!! I can't take them back because walking around in the house and driveway got the bottom of scuffed and dirty.

    • tcshy1903 don't be so dumb. the freezer makes the shoe leather more brittle, that is not the way to stretch them, it will fuck them up. you actually have to heat the leather, either by wearing it or gently warming it with a hair dryer.

    • Hoang Vo I havent' had an issue with it but if you are nervous stick the shoes inside a bigger plastic bag to protect them. I did that with a pair of suede shoes because I didn't want freezer smell on them.

    • the hair dryer method works the best with leather. the ice works best with everything else (pleather, cloth, plastic)

    • Hair dryer method is when you put something inside the shoe that is big enough to stretch it and blow dry it in 10 second intervals until the leather stretches enough for your foot to fit comfortably. Most people just wear the shoes with two pairs of socks and blow dry while wearing the shoe. It helps to wiggle your toes while blow drying.

    • Jon Szpak you know what, I haven't tried it on sneakers. I imagine it would work. Definitely worth a try. Stick the sneakers in a giant zip lock to make sure they don't get messed up or absorb any freezer smells.

    • And you don't have to suffer in the process. Stretcher looks like it's hard to turn that little wheel once it gets to the point of stretching. I bought a wooden stretcher online with a big handle for leverage so you can really stretch it out . They sell stretchers with the plastic grommet type thing that pushes between the two pieces of wood on the inside, and that will break the first time you use it. Make sure the inside thing has a metal piece. These ideas are useful if you have wide feet as I do, because women's shoemakers don't give a shit if they hurt your feet because we are supposed to be slim and delicate and if we're not screw us. So thanks again genius young lady. 🐣 💜

  • Anyone watching in 2019? Well I’m in middle school in the 6th grade and I have huge feet I’m a size 8 1/2 in women and my mom got me a 6 so I’m suffering trying to stretch them out hope it works. 🤞🏽😬🤞🏽

  • It was never addressed that when shoes are put in the freezer, they should be contained in an airtight bag to prevent contamination of the freezer food.
