The people who used to work for him and speaking out against him are saying that is what's going to happen should he get a second term, because he's learned from being there before.
If he wins, he has to have both The Senate, and The House, to carry out those plans. If he doesn't have either (as in both) he we don't be able to do anything. Trump, as well as the others who support him, have to understand that he will be a lame duck President because he can't run again. No one apparently has told him that.
