  • Self improvement and becoming better is all about change. It requires facing the realities of life that will require you to challenge and change certain core beliefs. Society is others opinions of what and who you should be and oftentimes works against your own freedoms and self interest. If your poor, weak, ignorant and powerless and you like that state of being.. then don't change. Otherwise, gather information, adapt and change.

  • Dad passed away this past year and he was my best friend everything is so different now I don’t know if I’m being the best version of my self I’m angry a lot because he’s gone. He was always my go to person when I had issues and always made me push myself and I lost that drive. It hurts. I want to push through it but need some advice that’s not my family
