Listen alr, I usually don't like him, but donny granato coached a phenomenal game today, called a timeout when things were getting out of hand, punished his team on the bench when they were playing sloppy, and motivated them to win, I don't think they could've won this game without donny meatballs on the bench
I liked him recently but us taking 50+ games to get a 3 game win streak was painful. It’s so hard trying to figure out how much a coach effects a team. Or atleast for me I never played hockey
Only took him 75 games to figure out how to call an appropriate time out
@@TmanTyler619Much of the work is done outside of the games during practice. Probably the reason the players love Donato. However, Donato seems lost at times. Not much of a game coach. At least he could switch up the lines, use the timouts better etc.

Sabers still mathematically having a shot is a prime example that the playoff system needs to go back to just top 8 overall in each conferenece. No 3rd place team in the metro deserves a playoff spot at all😭💀

Totally agree. But the league does it this way in an attempt to create more revenue for more teams, by keeping fans in the building until seasons end.
Have you even looked at the standings? The Sabres would have an even higher fight for making the playoffs if it was top 8, as 7 and 8 would be up for grabs instead of just the last wild card spot.

About the 3rd game in a row the Robison olo and Greg line has been stuck in the zone for what feels like an entirety.

He brow beats his players. He jumps over a pound of butter and greases his arse...but talks so tough...isn't he AMAZING. He doesn't wear a suit...he does his own thing behind the bench. Isn't that great!!! Oh, his team has lost 17 of the last 24 but he's celebrated for all the I mentioned previously. HE is interviewed after every game, HE'S a sideshow but...shouldn't the focus be on the players, not a tiny man with a fowl mouth?
