It's honestly a crime how the modern warfare reboot trilogy hasn't tried adding any unique weapons from the past into their game (mw-stg/rpd, mw2-m240/streetsweeper, mw3-FAD,PM90,CM901).

MW2019 has the Bruen Mk9 (which can be kitted as an M249 or M240), you can easily make a RPD/RPK look-alike with the right AK-47 attachments, and the PM-9 really is just a Japanese-made Uzi, which is also available in MW2019. Btw, the CM901 is really just a fancy AR-15 with an easily-interchangeable barrel.

Mx guardian definitely wasnt forgotten in mw22. That gun was everywhere soon as it came out. Most forgotten mw22 gun was the minibak. After the season 1 nerf it caught its usage was less than 1 percent i think. And they didnt buff it until season 6, then it caught a slight nerf after they buffed it lol

Well I figured different people would remember different guns from this video but I don’t think the M240 is a weapon that many people ever talk about/remember from MW2!
All weapons from MW2 is always iconic tho, at this time COD is on its peak popularity But hey honestly sometimes i forgot the M1014 even exists in this game

the M1916 was honestly one of my favorite guns in VG. It had a Auto attachment which honestly made it insanely good, just as a marksman rifle no one used it

The XR-2 is easily top 3 base Black Ops 3 weapons. That thing is a demon.
Love the BO1 Kaparis and the Ghosts I-A2. Never forgot those.

Who could ever forget the Mosin Nagant? Vendetta exists as a mission, one of the best missions of all time actually. I'd argue and say the Tokarev TT-33 is the most forgotten World at War weapon.
Sticking with the sniper category, I would also argue the Arisaka was a way more forgettable weapon.

Ugr was added as a call back to the Cold War and russia having made it for underwater combat. Fires big ass darts, also was in ghosts in the underwater section
I still play Infinite Warfare and let me tell you at least two people on the enemy team run an auger. So it’s still used quite often so it’s memorable for me at least but not always in a good way😂

@AscendAR the variant that grants you an automatic ammo refill with double kills was busted on certain game types. I've been on the receiving end of spawn traps where people just fire continuously with Augers and rack up multi-kills and scorestreaks.

@@AscendARdlc side arms in IW most forgotten, revolver don’t even remember it name, and auto pistol don’t remember either, when I played IW for the last time it was in 2020 or 2021, I saw auger a lot of times, fo IMO dlc side arms should be there, also played bo4 recently and I can say people using Tigershark and me too, my fav lmg in that game and mx9 in bo4 was forgotten straight after nerf on beta, nobody’s used it when it was game launched and nowdays too, but great video anyway liked it a lot
The mosin had the same stats as the other bolt action rifles in that game. It was also a one hit to the body with stopping power, not just the neck and head.
Love the QBB in Black Ops 2 but then again I love every gun in Blops 2. The FAL was super fun with a switch, the KSG was my main, and the QBB could be made into this weird close quarters hipfire lmg. At least that's how I used it.
The xr2 from BO3 is also the only base game BO3 gun to not be in zombies for some reason.

The UGR is my second favourite smg in all of Cold War. What really made it worthwhile was the explosive fletchettes, which when combined with a hipfire build, was a major force to be reckoned with. I preferred the mp5, but the UGR was goated. Also edit side note, it was the same smg you use in the ghosts underwater mission in the campaign

The PM-9 is definitely a solid weapon that works great it close quarters! There were just a bunch of good smgs in MW3 like MP7 and PP90M1! I feel like a lot of the BO1 smgs aren’t really remembered
I remember grinding for the UGR in Cold War because it was just so silly. It's an SMG that was specifically designed to be used underwater, the same gun used in that one mission in Ghosts
The AN-94 in MW2019 was actually one of my favroite guns. I liked it a lot

In all fairness, the Kiparis from BO1 was really good, especially combined with Scavenger and Sleight of Hand. It had a really fast TTK, and did decent damage at close-medium range
The IA-2 from Ghosts is one of my favorites. Fun fact about the UGR it's the same gun from ghosts in the underwater mission.
The PM9 was my absolute favorite gun, maybe in cod history. Insane fire rate, tight crosshairs, and with steady aim it almost seemed more accurate to just hipfire. Got so many moabs with that thing. It was also just goofy looking, running around holding it with one hand despite there being a foregrip clearly visible on the gun lol. Good times. I’ve been trying to find and airsoft version but they seem really rare for some reason.
I remember the MK14 in AW mainly just because it was the AR I struggled the most with when getting royalty camo.
The IA-2 is very underrated irl, its a Brazilian Gun made to Substitute the old FN FAL in Brazilian Army, irl it got 2 Versions, a 5.56 AR that is comparable with the FN FNC (the 556 FAL) and got the 7.62 Battle rifle that uses the same magazine as the FN FAL both got lighter chassis and modern rails all the way, should bring them in future games
The AN 94 in MW 19 was my favorite. It was my first obsidian, and it got me a few WZ wins. Even after using everything to get Damascus I still used it

I remember when I played codm I searched for a mw 2019 loadout for it and fell in love with the an 94. After I finally got mw 2019 I instantly went for that gun and grinded gold for it
The auger, VMG, and Tigershark are all my favorite LMGs from each of their games lol

I remember most of these. Stg44 is kind of a staple though, it's just not in the more modern day cods except it made an appearance in aw. Stg44 is a really good ar.

I exclusively ran the IA2 from Ghosts for my clan's S&D and S&R games. I honestly believe it was the best gun and absolutely slept on!
I loved the an94 on mw19. If you killed people with the first few fast firing shots you could dominate a lobby
It just felt like a bad version of the BO2 AN-94 which is why I didn't like it! But it definitely did work if you used the hype burst effectively

I can't relate with the whole "nostalgia" thing since I started COD in 2018 but I often play custom BO2 MP with different weapons and often surprise myself, like with the dual wield kap-40s, which I now run with my MTAR
The Kap 40 was a super popular secondary in BO2! And rightfully so!
@@AscendAR I wasn't there for the prime of any CODs before BO4, but dual wield pistols are always badass in any of the Multiplayers, and I gladly shred the enemy bots with my Kap 40s and Tac-45s
I was confident that I knew all the base game weapons in Black Ops 3... until the XR-2 was mentioned, that's when it hit me that I played way too much zombies Lol
In vanguard the m1916 mightve been good in the right hands, but ive used this gun in warzone and let me tell you, it makes the m1911 you use as a starting weapon look good

The thing about the QBB is that you are supposed to move forward with it, rapid fire, stock and fmj that lmg was killers, but the HAMR was just better at it than the QBB
For WW2 the VMG was kinda popular, it was a really good balanced LMG and lighter than the other LMGs ! You could have peak one the dlc SMGs because there are a lot forgettable lol !

i'd argue the P-06 (the burst firing sniper from bo3) was more forgotten then the XR-2 i think later down the line, people began using it some more and people started to recognize how solid the XR-2 was
bro i never saw anyone else using the po6 in bo3 other than me. that gun is my 3rd favorite gun in cod mp history. i couldn't ever do good with any other gun (cause i am shit), but when i had the busted fucking 9 billion damage burst sniper the enemies were always forced to camp (so i also brought frags to throw into their corners, along with learning most camping spots i could easily wallbang) you should try out the gun if you haven't used it in a while, absolutely busted. also the lsw is my main gun for bo2, love that shit.
I actually quite liked the an94 in mw19, mostly because of how satisfying the gun sounded
M240 was one of the most remembered guns from MW2 because of "No Russian"
I actually kinda enjoyed the UGR, it had explosive rounds which was fun
I remembered every single weapon until MW2019 and above, other than the UGR. I also predicted that for BO1 you were gonna choose either the Enfield or the Kiparis. In WaW no one used the BAR or FG42.
I think the G11 was forgotten about most of all in BO1. It was my favorite ( yes I am a burst weapon lover ) gun in the game. Everyone else seems to have forgotten about it.
I almost only used the scoped mosin nagant in WAW because it felt like it made sniping with any other gun easier when I was going for clips. PTRS was sniping on easy mode, easier than like any other CoD besides the obligatory Mw2 and mw3

VMG1927 is my go to on WW2 after I pulled it on a supply drop.
The MTAR from Black Ops II and SC-2010 from CoD: Ghosts would’ve been my picks.

The mosin was not a hit marker machine. Any sniper in WaW without the scope did 50-40 damage. With scope, it was 70. And then add stopping power which was 40% extra damage. All snipers basically did the same damage. Since the PTRS was the only sniper that can’t go no scope, it was 70 damage no matter what

4:47 That fire rate is so common because of frame rounding. In all cod games before BO3 only a certain number of fire rates were possible at 60FPS. 1250, 937.5, 750, and 625 all being common. Fire rates above and below these numbers were possible too but less often used. Cod games with a fire rate that wasn’t one of these numbers would instead have their fire time rounded and shoot at one of these listed fire rates instead, making many guns like the M4A1 in MW2 useless because it ended up shooting at the same fire rate as the ACR.

As a WaW nerd, you're not wrong but not right either. Mosin was a little slower yeah but it's actually quite a popular rifle in the sniping comm, I'd argue to Arisaka was the most forgotten out of the snipers. In general, probably the SVT semi auto rifle is the most forgotten on the whole game.

I actually really enjoyed the Kiparis in Bo1. I knew that, from an objective stats perspective, it was pretty mid - But it just felt good to use. Maybe it was psychological but I always did better with that gun than most other SMGs.
For MW3, the Taq Evolvere is one the best LMGs and is meta in Warzone bro !

I knew all of them from the cods I played (no cod 4, waw, aw or mw19, vanguard (ok I did play vanguard once but I don’t own it) or mw22) except for the one from the og mw3.

It was always 100k! I was just initially trying to get it before 2024 but it slowed down towards the end of last year. At this point I just want to do the face reveal but I’m too stubborn to do it before 100k 😂

The taq evolver got a huge buff three weeks ago and was the meta for two weeks so I don’t see it as the most forgotten gun I would instead put the wsp 9
WSP 9 is one of the most used guns in Warzone right now! But to be fair I don’t think any MWIII is really forgotten yet

What are you talking about on the AN-94? That gun was a later addition, and it when it came out, tons of people used it and that thing ripped. Personally I didn’t like it, but I got killed by it A LOT.
