I bought a $5k skid steer off of Facebook Marketplace. In this video I do a walk around of it, and I fix the bucket cutting edge. I will have more videos of working on this machine in the near future.

I bought a Mustang 342, looks almost identical to yours, T handle also. and my bucket is worn the same. t came with a 5 ft wide and 6 ft wide bucket and an attachment with forks. Runs good. Cost me $1800 but I'll probably sell the extra 2 attachments, (I think I'll just need the 5ft bucket) which will probably bring my investment to about $1000 or less. Its worked great for me for about 8 years now. I actually bought a used engine on Ebay for $400 because I thought it was possibly going to die someday, but still runs good. Mine has a Ford 4 cylinder that they actually use for racing little "Indy" style cars. I might just rebuild one and sell the extra engine. apparently the engine parts are quite valuable because they race them. anyway, yours looks good. I repainted mine, so it looks almost brand new. Funny what $20 worth of rattle cans will do. Also, Mustang sent me all the safety decals for free. Its something they offer. thought your might be interested in some of the experience I've had with mine.

That anti seize is useless for edge bolts because if you use that bucket for any length of time those nuts will be forged to those threads and you'll be grinding those off . An impact could probably twist the bolt off for you but I've never been able to reuse the nuts and bolts off of an edge piece or any exposed nut and bolt end that comes into hard contact with trees, gravel, rocks, concrete etc., but anyway you got a deal on a decent little machine

I put a weld on cutting edge on my bobcat bucket. I have a Lincoln engine driven stick welder. I've always thought the bolt on edges tear the bucket up. Too much stress on just a few bolt holes. And they aren't secure, they can hang on something and bend.

It's worth 7500.00 EZ. I have one almost like it, a 96 modal. Yours might be about a 95 ? I have the horse decals on the side and it has the other decals also.

One of the Absalute Best features on this thing is the absence of the Completely Disturbing annoying travel Back up Beeper. Beep beep beep beep beep beep.
It looks like that cutting edge extends too much under the bucket and will interfere with back blading...Also it might have been better to use thread locker rather than anti seize.
That machine is def old it’s got the old t bar which mustang was known for
Why put bolt threw bottom now u have studs sticking three u can get new bucket with cutting edge for 700
