You don't spend enough time showing the finish of some of your tricks.

I turn on my heat and then I feel some of the heat come out of my electrical outlets, which doesn't seem very safe if you think about it. Like plugging things into them like a space heater will over heat that shit right? Is it possible and better for places that rent out, to heat the structure of the home instead of inside the living quaters of the home? is that a practice that has been done? Like building a place to help heat the walls to help them last longer or something?

It's likely that the vent isn't secured to the air duct and it's blowing through the walls. Total waste.. Terrible for the energy bill.
