  • Yall keep mention her age, but shes an instrument first. The attached an age and a character for marketable reasons. Her age can shift and so can her design. If people coulsnt make dark songs or songs like this becuase of her age, we wouldnt have half of the songs using her voice.

  • Another misconception I'd like to clear up that this isn't an OC named Pure Pure. Deco*27 has never mentioned a character with that name, and on the official merchandise website, it says "Hatsune Miku." Also Miku as whole is basically like a piece of clay where you can mold her to be whatever you want her to be. In this song, she is an adult!

    • I'm pretty sure everyone made it up so that the internet would stop screaming at Deco*27 for sexualizing a minor or whatever 😂 but that's kinda stupid because YES miku can be molded to the crestors needs accordingly. EDIT: More context!! (thank you ace9388) The reason people think its a character named "Pure Pure" is because of the guy who made the animation based on the song with the design calling her Pure Pure. The animator made her into a character, and everyone took that and ran with it saying it's deco's oc.

    • most people don't get that Vocaloid works like that. there are a lot of songs that have inappropriate lyrics, if they kept the ""official"" age, it would be very weird. but it's very common to make something like "alternate versions", just like the person above said, in this song Miku is a adult. the same thing happens with relationships. sometimes, Rin and Len are related, sometimes they're not, and sometimes they're even the same person, just with different genders

    • This is why numerical ages of fictional characters are completely meaningless, they can be changed by anyone with a stroke of a pen and most of the time (especially in anime) they dont reflect the characters appearance of behavior, to be honest the only thing that should matter when is comes to nsfw'ing a character is their appearance, as long as they dont look like a 9 year old i really couldn't care less about what number is on their wikipedia page, this is also why the whole lolicon thing is creepy since the characters actually look like little kids despite their numerical ages being that of adults (which further proves my point). The fact that people on twitter are still complaining about this shows that people really lack critical thinking skills nowadays.

  • Everyone’s focusing on the fact that this song is suggestive but no one’s really talking about what a serious portrayal of hypersexuality it actually is. The last chorus shows that she’s lonely, depressed, and even suicidal and she’s doing all this as a coping mechanism. It’s honestly beautiful and sad. I wish people would look at the lyrics as the poetry it actually is instead of just going “haha sex”
