Welcome to the unjust world we live in; where extremely vocally talented artists like Jojo, Leona Lewis, Tori Kelly (now getting a bit more recognition), Alexandra Burke, Nicole Scherzinger, Sam Bailey etc. are tremendously underrated and have a tough time getting high on the charts (some not at all) when we have a bunch of untalented, studio produced, gimmick-filled "artists" packed on the charts like sardines...

You're so right. Thankfully though Tori Kelly was recognized by Scooter Braun and she now IS getting he recognition she deserves. I think as long as JoJo keeps pushing and finds a good person to get her name out there (like Scooter) she'll be ok. What's crazy is these artists are all friends! You'd think they'd be able to bring each other along...

Why does the world just refuse to let really great vocal talent shine? Like I mean tori kelly is finally getting a little recognition but tbh she's not as popular as she should be. And Jojo isn't even getting recognition at all really. I do not understand. This is what should be on the radio this should be at the top of the charts. She should be on talk shows every two seconds. She should be performing at every single award show. I don't get it. What do I have to do to push her to the top. I've bought the singles. I don't understand this and it's not fair.

It all depends on your record label and how they manage you. Since Jo's been out of the game for a while, I don't think they have the budget to put her on talk shows and such. Look at Adele, she's everywhere right now because her comeback is very much anticipated. Jo is doing well but in her own way. She's doing a tour right now that's selling out at smaller venues and she's reconnecting with her die hard fans. As you can see with her KZhead presence, she's been active with releasing music videos and live performances with the tringles. She may not be blowing up everywhere but she's doing the best with what her record company can offer!

the tears that i'm trying to hold back, had fallen on this part 3:55. the studio ver feels like she's getting mad and desperate, for him to say he loves her too. while the feeling throughout this acoustic ver, she's begging but she's getting tired, close to giving up even though her heart still aches for him.

I see a lot of comments saying how underrated she is. which I can agree is completely true, but we as fans see what a tremendously great artist she is. in all honesty not being #1 on the charts makes you more humble. She has and will always be a true and genuine artist. What matters is that she is noticed by the right people. Songs like these tap in to the right people!

the tears that i'm trying to hold back, had fallen on this part 3:55. the studio ver feels like she's getting mad and desperate, for him to say he loves her too. while the feeling throughout this acoustic ver, she's begging but she's getting tired, close to giving up even though her heart still aches for him.
I see a lot of comments saying how underrated she is. which I can agree is completely true, but we as fans see what a tremendously great artist she is. in all honesty not being #1 on the charts makes you more humble. She has and will always be a true and genuine artist. What matters is that she is noticed by the right people. Songs like these tap in to the right people!
