  • If your glasses are actually glass, not plastic, okay. But nearly all modern glasses are plastic. The toothpaste contains very small amounts of abrasives, even if you can’t feel them. They will scratch your glasses.

  • Rinse glasses to remove dust, etc. Bit of soap. Rub lenses. Rinse. Dry with soft cloth. Good to go.

    • Vinegar kills nettle stings instantly. Just normal bog standard chip shop vinegar will do but any other one should do it (maybe not balsamic - more like malt, apple cider, even pickled onions vinegar) as the acid in the vinegar neutralises the stingers from the nettles and it acts as an antiseptic. But I would wash it off after a few minutes unless you wish to smell like a bag of fish and chips. I dare say lemon juice would be as effective but I've only ever used vinegar. Have got family in North Wales. I love it there but don't get to go often now. Hope you find this information of some use!

    • Vaseline on your teeth in your mouth? .. Eww .. No but once, two times a week, use baking soda and then salt on top of that to protect to enamel, then brush w/Colgate morning, evening and night and don't forget to floss .. You'll have pearly white teeth in 2-4 weeks 😁😁

  • Certainly NOT good for glasses. Advise you don’t do that. Ask your optician. Now that being said I suspect that will work well on auto headlights and such. However, there are much better products on the market. Cheers!

    • @@thatswhatshesaid6326not that I know of. I’ve been using vaseline on dry for years and you can dab toothpaste on spots to dry them so they heal quicker. A lot of people also use vaseline on babies’ bottoms to prevent nappy rash. I did with my own babies in the seventies, as advised by midwives.
