  • Quiero felicitarlos porque todos los vídeos coreanos de preparación de alimentos que he visto son de una calidad excelente!!! Creo sin equivocarme que sería el único país oriental del que comería tranquila.. ya que de lo que visto, no preparan perros, culebras, ratas ni nada de eso...y se ve limpio ..es comida un poco más occidentalizada.   • 옥봉갈비는 진짜배기 재료의 신경 많이 쓰는 집이네요. 저희 집도 30년 넘게 고기 집 했었는데 고기 말고도 원재료를 비싼 것과 신선한 것만 쓰시네. 주인이 재료에 진심인 사람. 김치도 고추가루 보면 중국산인지 국내산인지 바로 보이는데 국내산 쓰시고.

  • 25:51 승일식당...더 이상 담양 주민들은 가지않는 맛집... 서울살다 2018부터 2021까지 담양읍내 살았는데 총 3번 가봄. 맛 완전 10대입맛. 너무 답니다...예전엔 어땠는지 모르겠는데 지금은 완전 패스트푸드점 임...영상에서도 얼마나 찍을게 없으면 주구장창 돌리는 거만 나올까요...읍내 구 중심가지라 너무 복잡하고 서비스도 불친철...차라리 쌍교를 두번가지...

  • Just like I thought the meat is dry. Once you remove the bone from the meat it's done. That is why they are putting so much sauce on this meat. Should have left the beautiful meat as is.

    • @@PARSFOOD1 No not better, the bone holds all the flavors 😋 and that meat was dry as heck. That is why they splash on all that sauce to make it seem it was juicy. Its a NO for me.

    • The bones don't add much flavor to the meat as much as you think, it only add flavor if it's broke down or if it has marrow. The fat content is what it makes juicy or savory. But I'll agree the meat is dry as heck
