  • After owning a foxpro shockwave for years and now owning a lucky duck super revolt. I can say I’ll never buy anything but luck duck for predator calls again. Sound quality, sounds and remote base that pivots where you want it at the push of a button is second to none. I have tortured the lucky duck per say and still works amazing. My shockwave with an extra speaker still isn’t near as loud and clear as my lucky duck. I deal with wind a lot so I really needed to get the sound out as far as possible and the lucky duck solved my issues with that. Now I don’t have to carry a whole bag of stuff with me to each stand.

  • Excellent video. Just wanted to say though, that you can set Fox Bang to switch to any other call in the unit. It does not have to be Pup Distress. Like he said, once you fire that first shot, the other Coyote's kick in to full throttle to get the Hell out of there. However, the Fox Bang Switching Calls once you fire that first shot does typically make one or more of the Coyote's to stop and take another look. Just be ready to fire again.... Good luck folks.... I've been using FoxPros for years. As far as I am concerned, you can always by a more expensive call, but you'll never be able to by a better call...

  • Good review man! I have the revolt and a old foxpro wildfire. Personally I’m like the revolt much better. The sounds are clean and crisp! Hunting the big open crop fields and timber lines here in Carroll County Indiana it dominates. 6 coyotes and 2 fox have fallen to it already and it’s only been a couple months. Can’t say enough for the revolt. Worth the $

    • HoosierHunter Yeah foxpro makes quality units for sure. I don’t know if the lucky duck will take the abuse my foxpro has been through over the years. I did watch a few of your videos. Thermal is definitely the way to go.. My old lady would kill me if I spent the money on one. I’m currently running a nightsnipe ns750 and the coyote reaper xxl light. Both have been highly effective for me. If you find yourself up north feel free to hit me up. I’ve got a couple thousand acres to hunt predators on up here

  • Both of those look like nice calls. I have an Icotec call. It doesn't have as many features as these two, but it's got a good library. I wish I could have a Favorites list on the remote control. Otherwise, it suits my needs. I do like the Foxbang and the remote on that FoxPro. The stand and ability to turn the call is cool on that Lucky Duck! I could definitely see myself using that!

    @ChipsOutdoorChannel@ChipsOutdoorChannel4 жыл бұрын
    • I think the main thing is that you have a good sound library and the caller is fairly crisp and clear. Everything else is just icing on the cake, but that’s all you need to get some predators in.

Technically, it may be illegal to do that even. I'm not sure. If you can find an MP3 file that would work. I just don't know of any quality ones to play with the unit outside of those on the website. • I went to Cabela's yesterday to use my Cabela's points to buy a Revolt, and they were sold out. I couldn't even backorder one so I brought home a Fusion and the foxjack 4 decoy. Initial cost was almost $100 more but the Cabela's club promo discount took off over half of that. I really like to rotation feature of the Revolt, but I've considered that it's something that can break down the road with use. I'll hang the fusion on a branch and figure out a way to mount it on a tripod. Both have a great reputation, features and available sounds so I don't think I can go wrong with either. It'll be fun learning to use it. We are overrun with coyotes. There's 5 packs within a mile and they come up on the yard and hang out by the hog confinement unit. It's time to do something. Thanks for all.your work producing great videos.

  • Great channel, and great videos. I'm buying a call this friday. I found your video because my top 2 that I've decided on was the revolt, and the fusion. One of my many questions is... are the sounds on the revolt so much better than the fusion that you can see a definite difference in the way the coyotes react to the call? Or do they just sound more crisp and clear to our ears? I only have the money to buy one of these calls and I want to make the best decision before I spend the money... thanks

    • Thanks, man! I appreciate that. In one of my most recent videos, you will see that I actually decided to go with the LD Roughneck. I love the Revolt, but I hunt mainly by myself and it was just much larger than I wanted. I much prefer the sounds on the Lucky Ducks over those on the FoxPro. In my short time using the LD's I have called in more coyotes compared to when I was using my FoxPro. The Roughneck still sounds amazing but is built better and a much smaller package.
