Dan Hardy | The Outlaw Reveals All On His Personal Philosophy, Iconic Career & The State of the UFC

Dan Hardy would describe himself as "a professional reptile, amateur philosopher, part-time visionary - Student of the martial arts and commentator of UFC fights." I would describe him as one of the legends of the sport of Mixed Martial Arts, and a pioneer of British MMA. He is a former UFC fighter who is now an entrepreneur, coach, analyst, commentator and martial artist. His next fight will see him face fellow legendary UFC fighter, Diego Sanchez in a boxing match.
Dan is the founder of the Full Reptile brand, the author of the book "Part Reptile," and frequently makes fight content on his very successful KZhead channel (@DanHardyFR).

  • Great discussion, thanks a lot for making this. A lot of Dan's words resonated with me. As a relative newcomer to the sport, it was extremely eye-opening and sobering getting a window into what it's really like being in the UFC.

  • So sick of hearing about this. You have no idea how things would have transpired. Khazmat may have stood and tried to strike with him and could have lost. Just like when Khazmat tried throwing with Gilbert burns and from what many say Burns won that fight but the hype train swayed judges decision. Khazmat viewed Burns as weaker so he tried to throw with him and got his bell rang pretty good. I believe he would have underestimated Diaz as well and it to could have proved a mistake.
