That was amazing, I might have a suggestion. For making sure the minis are stable when you glue them, if you cut a small piece of very thin wire and put it on the bottoms of the feet you can kind of stick them into the foam with more stability

I noticed you using the nippers to clean up the chest pieces after taking them off the holder.... Just wondering depending on the piece have you ever had to use something else like a file instead of nippers to clean it up?

I would really love to see a story created for this diorama, and other future dioramas. Edit: speaking of future dioramas, you seem to enjoy doing robots. So I would suggest checking out Pacific Rim whenever you get the chance!
it could be that bumblebee was getting tired because he and some autobots just finished a war.. but, he just got a very bad battle damaged and he just die at that place... after that, the soldier find his body and told optimus prime about it
I think this takes place when bumblee is about to power off and he scans a beetle then powers off

The Trumpeter Bee kit is such a fun little figure. it feels much more solid than a gunpla kit. I do think it's a bit annoying that they show the full cast but only a few kits have been released so far and Optimus isn't one of them :/
