Beautiful home! I myself just retired and would like to know how much bills would be as far as electric gas etc? The Tiny homes are supposed to be alot more cost effective? Do they keep the heat out very well on hot days? What about the cold days? wondering if during the summer will i need to use Air conditioning all day? Any information would help me to decide what to purchase in the next month or two. I have spoken with Tiny and he's been a great guy to speak with. While the extension on the bathroom counter does add open storage, there is a very big negative. It blocks access to the toilet tank, making it impossible to do any toilet maintenance or repairs, unless the entire counter is removed. If I were able to afford a new home, there is absolutely no way that I would be blocking access to the toilet tank. I've lived in several homes over many years, so I have had to deal with toilet problems a number of times. This is really something that people need to consider when buying a home.

There’s definitely enough space to slide that top piece of the toilet out though and the shelf doesn’t fully cover so you should have ample access
No that Countertop is not Covering the Toilet Top there is about 2 inches of Space for the very Reason you are Saying I have Visited there Dealership in Rockwall TX and saw first hand that is not the Case you have Access to the Tank for Mataince.

This is the most GORGEOUS Tiny Home I have ever seen...and I have been watching this channel for over 3 years. This should definitely be a model available. My favorites are the color selection, including the white pine walls and gray stained ceilings. I love the custom bed allowing for a door in the back with a beautiful porch. It would be great to have it screened in. I never understood the windows on the porches but on this home it made sense, symmetry and sunlight but blocking the rain. Just beautiful! Of course, us old folks would love to go to Luckenbach, Texas with Waylon and Willie and the boys!
This is my favorite tiny house so far. Everything about this home is awesome. My Favorite thing was the two 10 foot porches. One day I will have a tumbleweed!❤️

Americans are crazy to set bed right below under main house support wood, that means bad luck and in face to danger of illness. Another big problem is set bed right front of window that is another bad fortune which means life is without support and sleep in overwhelming...... easy to be sick! these are basic knowledge should avoid but unbelievably everybody did same stupid things!.......
One thing I’d consider adding, a side walkway from the front to the back deck. If it was not a rental, you would then not need a door from the master bedroom. Then, you could add a small hot tub! Lol!
Yes. I would also eliminate the door to the back deck from the bedroom completely and have the closet be from one wall to the other, double hung. Probably 20 feet of hanging space, a decent sized closet.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place! My favorite parts are the homemade coffee table & island, the light in the bathroom, the drawers underneath the bed, the loft as well as front & rear porches.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I gave this 5 stars, hearts, & thumbs up.
What a gorgeous home! Love the colors and interior walls in that stained white pine and contrasting ceiling is very cool. It’s just missing a hot tub on the rear porch then it would be perfect . The designer of this home and owners who finished it so tastefully did a wonderful job. Good job showcasing it Mr Tiny I really enjoy watching these videos because of you.

That bump out on the walk up steps is a perfect place for a barbecue grill and it would be nice to build a covered metal roof mainly for the barbecue grill 😂.

@karengrim9342 Screen in front and back porch with screen under the front and back porch with a screen door on the front and back porch...critter free...matter of fact triple screened all around to make it even more difficult for critters to interrupt your relaxation...the layout on the inside will be completely different added with a security alarm and hidden cameras on the outside...when you travel you want to be able to see your home far away from home...incase something goes wrong.
I like the white stained walls with the dark stained ceiling. Love the bathroom mirror with built-in light.

WOWZERS!!! This has my name written all over it - LOL!! LOVE the front and rear porch; the hand crafted coffee table and kitchen island pieces; the tile around the fireplace; the mirror in the bathroom (WOW); the shower; the main floor bedroom; the attention to not only beautiful details but cozy comfort; and my favorite of all is the combination of white wash / grey stained southern yellow pine throughout the home - absolutely exquisite!!! I'm not a "loft" person, but if I were, this is the best loft I've ever seen - plenty of room without the feeling of being closed in. GREAT video of a gorgeous home!!! (Question - the window treatments (blinds) inside the front and rear doors - - can those treatments be done to all the windows as well? - One of my pet peeves is cleaning the blinds - having them encased inside the windows would be a dream come true - LOL!!!) Thank You!! 💕

My favorite features are the front and back porches which really add so much space to a small area. These homes are so well built.
I Looooove this Tiny Home, shoot, I would buy two of them now if I could! Perfect! .. I love the brown shades and textures, shoot, the loft would be my bedroom, put my big screen tv on the floor in front, add some privacy to the railing, that loft is cozy, and I love the decks front and back, the kitchen sink, the tile on the fireplace and bathroom .. shoot, I love this one guys!

Seeing you sitting in that loft in a chair and being over six feet tall was a shocker. I'd still like to see a model with a full height loft one day. And the contrast of the natural wood ceiling with the white wash wall color is a great look that's a contrast that works it sound be a regular option in all models.
In order to be classified as a tiny home by regulation, it cannot have any more than 399 square feet and a loft cannot be any higher than 4 feet tall. This is why you always see lofts with beds without frames etc. Some tiny homes get really creative by putting a walkway parallel to the loft with the w/d underneath or a low table underneath so you can at least stand as you get in/out of bed. Others Ive seen have a desk in the loft with a foot well dangling beneath in an unused area so you can have correct body posture. It's fascinating seeing how the various companies maximize the 399 sq feet. RCC seems to be one of the best and their variety of models is beyond impressive.

I love this series and I love this home. The one big negative, in my opinion, is the omission of a washer and dryer. Especially in the situation where the home is available to rent for a week, and given that there's lots of Loft space for children, a washer and dryer are definitely needed.

I used to have a vacation rental with a washer/dryer. It amazes me how poorly renters treated them. If it's possible to NOT have a w/d in a vacation rental, i'd recommend it.
Shoot why does Texas always have all the good stuff lol .So many styles to choose from . I think I live too far away to get a tiny home from Texas but I love to look at them .

The Tumbleweed is one of my favorite models. I love what The Joly's did with theirs using the gray color on the exterior. I also love the side door to the back patio which is very unique because in my opinion, having sliding doors from your bedroom to the back patio for me just doesn't offer enough privacy, especially if entertaining and you don't want people walking through your bedroom so I love how that is done.

Love the front and back porches … adds so much to the house when you can bring the outside inside. Very clever kitchen island … narrow and attractive and doesn’t take away much space like a bulky counter style island.

Love this home. It's surprisingly spacious, and the loft seems taller, allowing Mr. Tiny to sit in a chair without bumping his head! Beautiful bathroom, and lovely bedroom too. I like the two porches, but I would have them screened in. I would also put the table on the front porch, close to the kitchen, for outdoor dining, with comfortable lounge chairs on the back porch. Overall, a fabulous home, a definite favorite!
I loved the two porches but I think one would fit my needs. I would need a sturdy netting to surround the loft on top of the railing. Due to having a Autistic Grandchild that has bursts of wild laughter accompanied by throwing a toy..so yeah..safety first when it comes to the grandkids. Keep the built in ceiling lights but not the hanging ones..love this home!

The washer-dryer connections are in this park model, just covered by decor on the shelves next to the closet. The Firefly Resort has laundry facilities so the the washer-dryer itself was not needed in the park model. But you can easily order on with it installed in either the bedroom or the pantry space near the kitchen.
Love the porches. Fireplace, i want a wood burning. Washer n dryer in. I have a rolling island, marble, and a great oak table n chairs, claw foot. Love the stairs. I have a carved chest for a coffee table, id have a bigger couch, that would fold out to a bed, store linens in that chest.

I enjoyed this Dream Getaway but I thought the outer color was too dark. Like another commenter I would like to see a loft where one is able to stand, though I prefer w/o loft. Love that back porch and light colored flooring. Please thank the client for allowing us to see many possibilities in the decor.
