In the original Password it was forbidden, so I think he did good not allowing it
Facial expressions and vocal impressions have always been allowed, at least in the Tonight Show version. Jimmy has been rightfully called out several times by the judges for attempting to talk with his hands. What Tarik did was flat out miming the answer which isn’t allowed 🤷🏻♀️
