  • Personally, I think the fact that the slime isnt perfectly smooth makes it even better! It gives the illusion that it's slowly moving when it's idle just like how our chest rises and falls when we breathe. And, since the slime is blue, it looks like water. Water isn't meant to always be 100% clear and non-deforming. I'm not saying this just to be nice, but I'm saying this because it's genuinely the truth.

    @buffchicken8201@buffchicken82017 ай бұрын
  • Honestly, the ninja skeleton not being fully visible and being distorted actually works really well! Even though the slime kinda looks like water, slime, the thing itself is not water so not seeing it fully is a happy accident :3 You should really be proud of this one, it turned out awesome!

If King slime could perfectly control his shape. He could make a magnifying lens shape over the face of the corpse, creating an illusion that he had a massive decaying face.

  • Love the terraria monsters! Would be cool to see Plantera. There are also lots of mythological beings I think you’d like making. Such as: “Skogsrå” - Swedish/Scandinavian keeper of the forest. A common depiction is of a woman with a huge hole in her back and a fox’s tail. She can be benevolent or malevolent. “Maran” The Mare - Also a Scandinavian being, basically the personification of nightmares (so it’s not mare as in a female horse but mare as in nightmare) and she was probably an explanation for sleep paralysis in particular. She would ride her victims’ chests while they slept so they couldn’t breathe. Mermaids: as they are in the myths where they drown and eat unfortunate sailors. Baba Yaga - I think most people know this one hehe. Krampus - evil Santa, basically. Pics of him are terrifying! Central European in origin. Stallo - a mountain giant who likes to eat people. Sami folklore. And idk about anyone else but I think the goatman is a terrifying creepypasta creature.

  • Honestly, the kind of distorted view of the dead ninja kind of adds to it. You only catch glimpses of the decomp and it rewards you for looking at it from all angles :)

  • Ya know… at first I thought “meh, it’s just a blob of jelly. Cant be that hard to make”… but then as I thought about it more, I can’t imagine how you could make a slime like that. Like, I guess you could start with a red marble or glass bead as it’s core, but anything I can think of would either end up looking like a glass bubble, or have clear markings from tools. Getting that perfect bubble of epoxy or what ever it is has GOT to feel satisfying as hell and look really good with a gelatinous and watery appearance.

  • Every day I pray to god that he will put the resin in the vacuum chamber AFTER he pours it, so much better for stuff like this. You can even do before and after if you want to but the pouring will add bubles no matter how clear it is before the pour so it really need to be in the chamber after

    @bradenswan2882@bradenswan28827 ай бұрын
  • 5:19 The magic you don't understand works like this. The vacuum chamber removes the air around the resin creating a vacuum. Since air molecules constantly push each other around, the bubbles in the resin will push out due to the bubbles slowly rising and pushing out due to the lack of pressure caused by the vacuum.

  • Despite it not being lore accurate I do quite like your interpretation of the Ninja inside King slime. There is also a added creepiness factor from how hard it is to make him out through the resin. Like you could see the man inside but, as you admire the work, the man through the distortion you start to see his decomposition.

  • Amazing video, and the decomposing ninja was an amazing touch! I love the little trilogy of pre-hardmode bosses you made! A little hint for you when you wanna make jewels: If you make the shape and paint it silver, you can use Spiritstone Red (citadel) paints that are made to look like crystals. They work a treat for miniatures.

  • 4:45 For fully invisible support for stuff suspended in resin, you can create a rod out of the same exact resin before hand. You can get resin sticks pretty easy by dribbling relatively thin streaks of resin on non-stick paper and letting it cure. When you put it all together, everything shares the same refraction properties, so pre-cured support and main resin body merge together.
