🤣 same. the one thing i know is that the force is applied by the foot thats on it's toes, not the one that's on the floor, that's the trick, and that's as far as i got. once you can master that technique, which seems counter-intutive, which makes it hard for your body to figure out, and then you can do all manner of shit with the rest of your body. look at his feet, you'll notice it. practice that in the kitchen while waiting for the kettle to boil
