Going regularly at the same time to a convenient social place like a coffee shop you can meet new people where you can practice making new friends. Ask people questions like what your favorite place to grab a bite to eat around here? I was thinking of seeing a movie what’s for favorite movie you’ve seen? You get the point ask open ended questions and people like to talk about themselves ❤ going to the same place helps to get into the grove of the coffee shop and people will open up to you 😊

  • Everytime I hear music like this it makes me cry as it unloads my soul. I have some buried heartbreak I'm healing from still, nine months later. Now I'm sick and that doesn't help me either. Meds keep me awake and I know I need sleep. I hope this helps. Blessings everyone.

  • I have amnesia,chronic combat ptsd with suicide ideations, severe depression and anxiety. I havnt been to sleep since May of this yr. More troubles to come with each day. My wife of 18yrs divorced me because of my ptsd that i couldnt help getting from fighting in the iraq wars. Ill go to sleep one day and finally never wake up.
