  • At 8:08, a much faster way than using cards is apply a silicon-based tire shine (like Black Magic's Tire Wet) with a clean, unused dish sponge. Spray the tire shine ON the sponge, instead of the tire (to prevent any getting on the rim) then wipe around the tire near the edge of the rim, then the rest of the tire. After that, just paint the rim. The tire shine will prevent the paint from sticking to the tire and it can be washed right off after the paint has dried whenever you go to wash the rest of the car.

  • Some are certainly practical, however some are certainly odd as soap water & elbow grease are the best when it comes to regular washing of one's transportation. Personally I couldn't make it passed the Heater vent doubling as a Cheesy Hot Dog Roaster .

    • Yeah, Duct tape around the hands and mouth when you need downtime works; and is what your mind would say, but that can bring some bad repercussions if you know what I mean.... lol So your safest bet is just wearing a beanie or ear warmer band around the house and having ear buds in your ears underneath, and just turn up the music when she starts up. Or just wearing earplugs underneath will help block out some of the noise but you can still hear if you need to hear some things.

  • Tooth paste will clear headlights eventually if you are really determined, but you can buy products that work nearly effortlessly to restore headlights and then seal them. Turtle Wax for example is a good one time system, or 3M, Rustoleum, or Mother's all have sanding/polishing attachment for your power drill.
