As a kid I was always so excited to get soup at Chinese or Japanese restaurants because of the “fancy soup spoon” When I got a bit older I decided that I wanted some in my house to eat all soups. It’s great with ramen, but it’s also the best soup spoon ever invented. It’s wider so you can get big chunks and it’s like a mini ladle so you also get broth. I’m sad that the Asian market in my town closed down durning Covid, I was never able to pick out a set for myself. I know I can order online but it’s just not the same.

As an Asian, the first thing I realized is that I neeeed soup spoons for my ramen LOL
I need metal ones since my plastic ones keep getting grounded in the food disposal 😅 shit there goes the last one into tiny pieces that I have take out.
As a kid I was always so excited to get soup at Chinese or Japanese restaurants because of the “fancy soup spoon” When I got a bit older I decided that I wanted some in my house to eat all soups. It’s great with ramen, but it’s also the best soup spoon ever invented. It’s wider so you can get big chunks and it’s like a mini ladle so you also get broth. I’m sad that the Asian market in my town closed down durning Covid, I was never able to pick out a set for myself. I know I can order online but it’s just not the same.
