  • My advice for all the beginners don't waste your time on practice the hard moves, take ur time for training on flexibility and hand stand, flexibility flexibility flexibility flexibility is the key, when u ll be able to apen your legs everything going to be too much easy on breakdance

    • I had terrible flexible. I used to practice windmill a lot, and when I got to flares I just couldn’t do them. Now I stretch every day. So guys, take his advice

  • Amazing ... how this style of dancing has progressed blows me away. Use to breakdance in the early 80's, we did a bit footwork, a few backspins and probably top-off with a windmill. These days you guys/gals are amazing.

    • @Black Swan55 handstands help along with holding a elbow stand against a wall so you can have that leverage if you need it. Just keep doing them and they will become easier as time progresses. Maybe just do one when you walk into your room every time and hold until a few seconds from failure

  • I think a couple of these should maybe be level 2. Most beginners dont have that flexibilty or balance. Nice video all the same. I have been going through it trying stuff :)

  • I remember trying to do the neck spring when I was a kid, and I could never get it right, no matter how hard I tried. I also tried to do a front flip on my parents' bed and almost breaking my neck. Lol. Good times.

  • この動画も作ってどうもありがとう御座います!もう1星級で前から自分の子供達に少し教えたがここまで詳しく見せてないのでこれはとても素晴らしいです!2星級技やっぱり出来ると思うが全部を練習しなければならないです。なぜならば皆んなの技をいつも覚えるわけないからです。3星と4星よくやっていて殆ど忘れていないが、やはり2星の忘れた技の関係だと難しくてなりますね!まだまだ自分のパワー動画を作っていません。普通に練習を撮ったハイライトを出すから、生憎あまり計画的な動画を作っていません。でもこれからチャンスがあるとやります!インスピレーションを出してありがとう!頑張ろう‼️

    • shoulder and back strength is something i would recommend when working out for breakdance, especially for holding a handstand for example
