"Alpha Male" Goes To Eastern Europe To Get Women, Fails Miserably

If this is masculinity, count me out. Also I love how Eastern European women are viewed as sentient sex dolls by these overseas creeps.

Complains about other people being lazy, but cannot walk for 20 minutes. Complains about unmarried women, has to travel to a different continent to find a wife and no one wants him there either. Complains that someone else's hair isn't attractive, has no hair at all.

    • I was scrolling to find this comment and surprised that it didn't appear sooner. Although I do not see eye to eye with the far right on just about anything, it is a fact that having lots of businesses closed on a particular day on a set schedule fosters greater connection and culture. Many smaller Caribbean countries do this on Sundays and you can see all the families at the beach or parks for picnics after church. In North Africa it was Fridays. Only Americans struggle this much to get even Christmas day with family! The same people who will demand to be wished a Merry Christmas instead of a Happy Holiday will also be upset for any store closures on holy days. They want to see family and culture return but not if it causes them the slightest inconvenience.

  • I knew a similar American guy who had lived here in Finland for 10 years as unemployed person (at the time I met him). Never learned the language, complained how we are all lazy socialists because everything closed in the afternoon (except supermarkets) and people had free time. Especially bad, apparently, was that he had to wake up "early" to go to the unemployment office since it closed at 16:00/4pm. So yeah he didn't seem to have any problems enjoying the generous social benefits but then also unironically complaining how we were socialists. Meanwhile a younger American moved here as an Au Pair. Learned to converse and understand finnish in under 3 months and since she was an Au Pair, she had a job as well from the get go.

    @danlei88@danlei88 Жыл бұрын
    • That's what lifelong indoctrination does to a person. I especially like how he called others lazy but had no job himself, found it tedious to go to the unemployment office and complained about everything he couldn't understand. Here's why him and millions of other Americans are like that: 1) They have been told all their lives they're "special" , that they're "unique" and that they're "free". Many politicians easily gain votes this way from these suckers because you just give them the same empty promises about some abstract "freedom". That's all they need. 2) They have been indoctrinated with the "freedom of speech" mantra. This means that they open their mouths whether they should or not and like spewing out what to others can come out as ill-informed banter at best and utter nonsense at worst. This also means that if you bring up an argument which challenges them or their point of view they don't see that as an argument to be countered with arguments of their own but instead see it as an attack on their "freedom of speech". See where this is heading? 3) Nobody wants deviate from a rather rigid, puritan norm. So when you encounter a culture where this is not the case it becomes awfully hard to understand and decipher. For instance nudity is seen as some huge taboo among Americans whereas it's no big deal among most Europeans. Going naked into a sauna would probably shock some Americans. Now obviously all Americans aren't like that. There are those who abhor this very type you mentioned. But it must be said, with a reasonable level of certainty, that there are hordes of ill-informed Americans - usually, lower class republicans in fact - who have been indoctrinated and spoon-fed with "big words" and a mantra that they should always speak their mind openly no matter what. And sadly their numbers are so huge their influence on society, politics and culture is huge. I recall when Trump was elected president. Almost everybody I knew or was acquainted to were shocked. I wasn't shocked at all. I recall a girl crying when she heard Trump won. I was far more cynical and said:"Excuse me, but haven't you been paying attention to what kind of thoughts and "reasoning" have become commonplace among a huge number of Americans? It's plain as day somebody like him and what he says would sway many millions of Americans. Fact is this is not some random occurrence in a vacuum but it has been leading to this point for years now." I was wrong about my prediction that Trump would start wars to "sort out the mess". I suppose he knew the public didn't want to fund another costly war...

He said the woman was a great person. Unfortunately I have met many white American men like the guy in this video. The thing that most men like this abroad have in common is that they believe that the women in every other country will worship them like celebrities because of their American status. Then reality hits them, but instead of accepting the truth they blame the women and the culture of that country. This is why you will notice that most men like this end up going to impoverished 3rd world countries to take advantage of desperate young women who are trying to support their families. 😓

Or the fact that he's so desperate for content that he's chosen to pick on an article from a website that was defunct for over 2 years at the time of making the video. Shouldn't the very fact that the website went belly up be indication enough that its articles weren't all that great? Then there's the cringeworthy amount of nitpicking. He complains about the author not using "I feel like" before every sentence that expresses an opinion, without realizing the glaring fact that the entire site is a giant collection of opinions, not news. Moreover, poking fun at the author by pointing out trivial grammatical mistakes is just childish. He mocks the author for himself being an immigrant while criticizing immigration into the USA, without realizing that the criticism was targeted at illegal immigration, while the author is obviously a legal immigrant. No doubt the author is not exactly a shining example of masculinity, but the uploader comes off as a far bigger whiny bitch in this video. Before accusing other people of having their head up their ass and being petulant, the uploader should realize that his own head is so far up his anal retentive, nitpicking ass that he can taste the previous night's meal.

My western conservative dudes: all the things you complain about in western women? @shiva_689@shiva_689 Жыл бұрын
    • @@shiva_689 Like, I've even met Euros whose families been living in HK and SEA for generations (sometimes centuries) but still called themselves expats. Some even have exclave-style communities from what I understand with varying degrees of isolation...my best attempt at unscrambling the designation is something like "living away for indeterminate period but never renouncing your initial citizenship, and usually keeping your language" which of course implies that keeping the initial citizenship is somehow more advantageous than adopting the one from the host country. So yes, in the streets this will manifest as "obnoxious Westerners who have no real stake here and won't integrate." Meanwhile, for Western countries when I think "expats" ones we hear of these days are foreign investors, from China to be blunt, ones who are getting bad press these days and suspected of contributing to breaking the housing market in some key population centers (In Canada and Australia at least). Of course, since we live in an imperfect world, the fallout will (and has repeatedly) land(ed) on actual Chinese immigrants in some form, who even in the best scenario will likely feel pressure to suppress their "otherness" to "better pass" in society. As a naturalized immigrant of the pale kind who arrived young, I was never assumed to be one based on looks so never experienced much of the racism side of struggles, but it would still needlessly hurt if I had to suppress the tiny, discreet and often unmentioned part of my identity tied to the home country that remained, because of actions I had no link to done by others who I would see as "just (ab)using the parking here"... There's enough generational issues to deal with for immigrants to begin with -> Three generations later, and it's gonna literally only the phenotype left anyways, maybe the language in good conditions, and regular trips to the home country if anyone remembered. Maybe there is a difference that lies in unintegrated foreign nationals (as opposed to unintegrated peoples with no national territory, like the Roma). I can't say for sure, but if it is the case, the examples that exist are not too golden on the optics side of things for the word "expat", and at a glance they're definitely not helping the ones who are actual immigrants to these communities. Also, just to make sure the obvious is stated (you likely already know): integration does not equal assimilation, rather it exists in some models (melting pot is one of them), but it's far from a given within an immigration policy. The "American expat" thing feels like a distaste of its own though .
