  • I remember listening to this song more than 4 years ago just crying because of how beautiful it was. I continued to fall in love with your voice and have never stopped listening. You have inspired me for so long encouraging me to love myself throughout some of the hardest years in my life and it has been life changing. U may not read comments but if by some beautiful star passing u see this I just want to say thank you. I am so grateful to have been changed by your music and I’m so happy that you are continuing to change lives and grow. It’s crazy that I’m now 17 and u r now 24 😢❤️ you will never know the impact you had on me.. Being the complete version of yourself and showing the world that you can be truly happy without conforming your identity to what the world desires has been such a lesson I have kept and will keep for the rest of my life.   • I've struggled with Anorexia down to 76lbs. Now I'm living in strong recovery. I'm curvy, may not meet society's expectations, and I have scars, but I'm beautiful just the way I am. This song helped me surrender and choose life. Being on a vent b4 this came out, and rehab, opened my eyes. I listen to this every day. I don't ever want to go back in the dark cuz I'm a star! Helping other women, playing this song first, and asking for how it spoke to them, most of them said it gave them hope. I know it gives me assurance from God that I don't need to depend on Hollywood to tell me I'm beautiful. I already know my maker is my mirror. Thank you for this awesome song. Sometimes the world doesn't want to face the truth you sing. Keep singing your truth. Own it girl!

    • I get exactly what you say here I've struggled with eating disorder since I was 19 and now I'm 53 and still have such issues with food it's never ending.I only heard this song few months ago and it makes me want to scream these words to myself.It just hits hard to how I feel.
