  • Rock never walked out of WWE. First few movies he made were WWE productions. He maintained a relationship, he continued to promote WWE, and now, he's on the board that owns WWE. Sometimes loving something and being a part of something doesn't mean you are standing in its arena. S

  • A lot of these comments are ignoring the context of this promo. Austin had walked away from the WWE. He was pissed he wasn't facing Hollywood Hogan at WrestleMania. He wasn't happy he wasn't the champion. He refused to put Brock Lesnar over on Raw, correctly saying it should saved for PPV. Austin walking out on the company is WAY different than the Rock leaving to make movies. Rock came and went for a while and there were never any hard feelings from Vince, JR, or anyone else like there was when Austin left. There was no Confidential show about "Rock took his ball and went to Hollywood. He's a coward." They did that to Austin.

  • "This is home!! Well until I make it big in Hollywood to eventually be outshined by John Cena, then have buyer's remorse so I force myself into a storyline where nobody wanted me and make no difference at Wrestle Mania 40, and now all I am is a cheap pop that, even though I passed the torch to Cena, stole it back and refused to give it to Cody."
