She is so expressive and well spoken. How naturally she answer and share her opinion on each topic. She is not just a pretty face but much more...she is much cooler than today's actresses. She sounds so mature and responsible.
17:59 ; the way she said "yellow's fine" . ⚡ She is still so beautiful and elegant , you simply can't take your eyes off from her when she's talking.
Power of happy life and a good life partner. Being comfortable and relatively stress free keeps u healthy/young. Staying out of d sun and away from pollution also keeps u exponentially younger.
Raveena is such a breath of fresh air. Lovely talk!
Nonsense 👎
Well done Raveena for speaking your mind. You are not only a great actress but also an outstanding and proud citizen of India. We are proud of having personalities like you in India who exercises their freedom of speech fearlessly and honestly.
Feralessly? Yesterday she was asked to comment on Modi BBC Documentary ban, she skipped the question and murmured something to the anchor on live telecast😂🤣 BJP stoog she is, why do you think she got a Padma Shri having little to no achievements? Also, fearlessless is when you talk with names - Does she have the gut to name Ajay Devgn Karishma Sushmita? A BIG NO. She can only talk like a gossip aunty on interviews like this.
Actor's Are Hypocrite 👎

@@rishiraaj.580 Ya, everything they do is a PR stunt.
Nepotism is not overhyped it is there that's why it's been talked about
Very aptly said
Remember how they made contract with sushant 3 film with Production house & grouped together to execute this plan shows why NEPOTISM is so bad irrespective of opinions we all can agree it's a malpractice
I think her point was that it is everywhere and not just film industry
Even it is prevalent these actors can't say anything bad about nepotism. It's a very risky matter !
@@navya.s26she too a nepo ...her father ravi Tandon was a director n producer ..more over don't give them respect as originally they all r fake . Treat them as an entertainer only .
Never knew the other facets of Raveena !! Wow, she is a very proud and responsible citizen of the country, doing her bit for various social causes.
Raveena Tandon is one heroine who would dress completely and still look sensuous...Hats off..
Probably the only "natural beauty" in Bollywood. And many won't agree but i think she has grown to be very beautiful now than during her Initial point in time when she was rated as a superstar. And hats off to her humanitarian side......she looks even more preetier to me now that i know she adopted kids who were left to die. Much love and respect. Now i know why my girlfriend who now runs an NGO on Animal's wants to adopt children. I have to thank you 🙏🏼
She has definitely aged gracefully. The other natural beauties that come to my mind are Madhuri and Sonali Bendre.
@@roman5782 i agree
Nepotism is not just about launching your children..its about establishing an ecosystem in the industry where entities provides a special treatment to an artist who comes from film background and a very different treatment to someone comes from outside. I don't think most people have any issues about launching their children.
While hearing Raveena I had to check my settings twice if I am playing the video at 1.5x speed !! She speaks so fast and fluently! Enjoyed watching this interview. Thanks Smita. 😊
Oh My God. Literally 🙂 That's exactly I did. I thought let me check it's on 1.5 speed. Yes enjoying 😊
Ravishing Raveena..my teenage crush...just like millions of others...
Raveena acts so flippant about her breakup with Akshay. But it is a known thing that she was devastated when she found out about the betrayal.
Essence of a real strong woman!
@@florawatele1764 I don't know. I feel she could she could have been honest about it. After all what Akshay did to her was not correct and she really was affected by it for a long time. She took a long time to get over it too.

Donated my wife’s eyes after a lengthy interview with the Eye bank . After their acceptance and receiving the letter that two people could see, I can’t express the emotions I went through. Raveena’s appeal for organ donation is genuine.
Smita prakash Interview is always like a river flowing smoothly giving peace of mind. Hats of you Smitaji .I will never miss your pod cast. Your selection of guest is always good. Ravibna tandon is very grace full also
Exactly how I feel.. 👍😍
Raveena is my crush right from her first movie till now. Thank you for getting Ravena, shahar ki Ladki.
OMG I have to change my attitude towards actors.Such inteligent and so humane people. And patriotic too. God bless.
Smita ji ... Your podcast is getting grrrreat day by day. Your guest Raveena Tandon's honest vibes & genuine responses were such a refreshing take from an artist, from the Hindi Film industry. She is beautiful soul inside out. God Bless - Thoroughly enjoyed this episode ... Now awaiting the nxt rocking vlog - 👍🙏💖❗
First time I saw a full interview from a Indian Film Industry who spoke freely..Hatsoff..
Smitha Prakash you are doing great job - Your podcast is most awaited now a days ( like fortnightly magazine of 1990s). The beauty of you show is it is not rushed or hurried - You take time to cover in detail and that is really good -- Please keep this long format.

Really loved the podcast.Raveena mam looks wonderful as always, and I really love the fact that she is outspoken and speaks her mind out despite of all the trolling she faces. Jai hind,Bharat Mata ki jai🇮🇳🇮🇳

What a beautiful interview!!! Loved every minute of it!!!
Simply liked your open talk madam. You raised the respect for MUMBAI film industry which otherwise is going down -- Your small role in KGF 2 was remarkable impact - Hope KGF 3 will be full of you in lead role. One request - Please spread message of BHARAT among young BHARATIYAs -- its important -- When Hollywood actresses are taking Sanathana Dharma after visiting Rishikesh , why not you madam.
Great to hear more from the interviewee. Lot of interviewers interrupt and talk more themselves. Ravine looks very nice and fit.
One of the most beautiful woman in Bollywood raveena tandon amazing actress wonderful human being Always been everyone favorite actress in Bollywood ❤❤💖❤❤💖❤👍👍👍
This comparison with, doctor son becomes doctor is not valid, because for becoming doctor you literally pass many exams but for being actor (first break) or being politician you dont pass any exams. Problem lies when someone is sidelined because he or she is not a star kid.
Exactly everytime
I found Aishwarya and Raveena as the two women of that era who were beautiful in both looks and voice
Great interview.. My fav song kisi disco mein jayein ! I have always liked her for speaking her mind and her passion for saving animals .
How beautifully she speaks n confident she's looking...... appreciated
Please do bring out more interviews/conversations like these.....loved the one with Aruna Irani Ji as well!!! These interviews are very inspiring for women like us going through mid-life crises 😉😁
One a side chick another a complainer without any accountability
Always enjoy the podcast Smita ji. Thanks for taking the initiative
I was waiting to see her on a podcast... how did I miss this one!!! Raveena is sheer brilliance ...
Please bring unheard real life heroes not bollywood actors . Please I request ...they had their share of fame . Let us get some real life heroes on the pod .

One of best interview
Great Women. Such an awesome interview. Very vocal about her love towards mother India. Jai Hind!!
This episode is better than one before with Arunaji. Both can be heard nicely in story listening. Keep it up. Thanks.
Always loved her and her films, and her bold stance on social issues. Keep it up Raveena-ji!! And Smita Prakash as well (of course when she toes the line of the ruling dispensation, sometimes unashamedly).
Respect for Raveena for her daring choices. Adopting 2 kids is no easy job!
Coz she has money
Thanks Smitaji for podcast with Raveena ji. Respact increased on Raveena ji after listening her very honest outspoken conversation with you.
How well spoken she is…. Loved her interview♥️♥️
Loved this interview. Always admired Raveena Tandon.
Love Raveena. Great podcast. Thank you!
What an articulate and mindful lady
So lovely podcast it is with Ravvina ma'am ✅️
"Kabhi tu chhaliya lagta hai.." Raveena ❤️
She looks very very nice in that song.
An icon of womanhood and a true beauty.👌👌 She deserves the Padma Shri Award. I still remember the Ankhiyo se goli maare song from Dulhe Raja... Entire hall would start whistling and shouting at her entry. That song was like an item song. But she didn't look cheap at all. Very few women have this potential. Again she did Tu cheez badi hai mast mast which is even today criticized for its lyrics but Ravinaji never looked cheap in it. These days item song starts and you suddenly want to run away from the theatres. Girls should learn how to be classy and dignified from women like Ravina ji.
she already got padma shri

Raveena Woman of substance.Overwhelmed to hear your views about our country....I am also from same era my views resonate so much with you..... Love my country
@44:08 it was sridevi who was called thunder thighs after the release of Himmatwala because she was curvaceous. Raveena was called jinx because until Mohra she did not give any hit. Dilwale was an average. But rest all were superflops. I like Raveena and thats why watched this long podcast. But her examples or take on nepotism was karan johar level. See, none of us are telling you to not to launch ur kids. But dnt keep forcing them on us for eternity. Uday chopra, tushar, ananya pandey, fardeen khan etc and many more kept doing films on films but neither those films were working nor they were good actors, but still only because of nepotism they lasted for decades. But thats not the case with an outsider. Dsnt matter how talented he or she is , first they rarely get chance and if the film flopped, then they are out. You cant compare nepo kids with doctors/lawyers kids. They literally study for 5-10 years even to get benefitted by their parents.
Well said!
👀
Dilwale was a superhit
@@Abode..1527 Dilwale's collection is still debatable. The music was superhit. But film did just an average business. The music was so popular, that ppl started thinking the movie also was superhit.

Interesting Podcast
With due respect to actors, please invite those who have made a significant contribution to our country or have achieved something extra ordinary. I say this with no bias. They have several platforms to tell their stories of struggle & success, that are no doubt inspirational to many. We look forward to other achievers or influencers on your show. Both Aruna Iraniji and Raveena Tandon are my favorite actors. I agree that a few rotten apples shouldn’t be the reason for a complete boycott. It’s an industry that contributes to our economy in a big way and a huge source of employment. And, actors and other technicians work hard to earn success, wealth and fanfare. Having said that, Bollywood did need a wake up call!
How is being one of the biggest entertainers of the 90s not a 'significant contribution' to the country? I'm v happy to listen to her on this podcast.
@@1729krish I also enjoyed the rendezvous with Raveena Tandon because I’m her fan. She comes across as a good person too. But I don’t consider her contribution to the industry or country as something special. Also my comment was in general, regarding Bollywood. Didn’t want Smitaji’s ANI podcast to become a platform for actors to promote their projects as they have several other channels to do so. Having said that, I respect your view; to each his own.
Hardly any such
Raveena Tandon! Beautiful, good-hearted, outspoken, excellent speaker, and intelligent. I haven't watched her movies. Now I will.
Love her attitude❤
Very informative mam

I grew up with her. We are same age. She is always down to earth from day one. She will tell you how it is. No BS.
How can she look like this in her 50’s . ❣️💕💓
She is so classy. A complete misfit in Bollywood. They wasted her in cheap songs. Her best and most classy pairing was with Dutt. No wonder she keeps mentioning him. They actually made a great pair.
Lovely voice Smitha ji
Love watching your interviews Would have also liked to watch the movie clips you are talking about Even in the interview with Aruna Irani, I felt that would have made the podcast more interesting and fun watching.

Exactly. There are so many real life good people heroes to call in the podcast. Look at the way Raveena is saying Bad apples will be there. Why boycott bollywood? Shushant has yet not got justice, and so many criminal injustice is just Bad apples.
So Beautiful, Ethereal!!
Starting from 11.27. It is karishma Kapoor and Ajay devagan. Raveena & karishma used to fight cats & dogs. She had also given a Hilary statement like Ajay & karishma s children will be like zebras. In fact even Manisha koirala had also said same about Ajay devgan he listens whatever his girlfriend karishma dictates him. Karishma was very jealous of her contemparies. She was even jealous of urmila
you’re right… I also was suspecting her being the jealous one, of when Raveena was talking about how the guy she was best paired with had a GF who hated her.. I too think it’s Karisma she’s talking about
Raveena mam is a very down to earth person, i have met her she is very sweet and so beautiful ❤
Confidence brims from the background and stature. You have the glamor, grace, performance, smartness(in choosing Anil) etc. And then you can think of Wildlife or Peta etc. Awesome!
Beautiful & Brilliant lady !!!! 🇮🇳🥇🔝⭐✨🌟🌠💯🏆🌎👍👍
She is quite intelligent talker. She talks well. I like her patriotic side. The very point you cant talk good about your country. Is problem today. Smita is doing good job as always. Become fond of these podcast interviews.
Remember seeing ravishing Raveena in a Breeze soap Ad for the very first time and it was refreshing to hear her speak candidly and articulate her expressions so well. Thanks Smita ji for this episode but, I would like to add that people are not against Nepotism in Hindi movies ,rather people are against the groupism and the mafia culture that has hampered the film industry. If ,we are so proud of our country then films that are demeaning our faiths, beliefs and culture should be condemned. Freedom of expression cannot encourage such acts . Bollywood has to correct itself , not the audience.
