Day 22 | Cartwheel Kicking into Garwood, New Jersey | YOKKAO USA Tour 2023

It’s day 22 on the 2023 YOKKAO USA Tour! The Fight Team roll into Garwood, New Jersey to throw down with our friends at Spyda Muay Thai Gym. The atmosphere present at the Spyda gym was incredible, each and everyone in attendance laughing and joking all whilst absorbing the knowledge the GOAT of Muay Thai had to offer. With some of Saenchais favourite intricate techniques from sweeps to changing levels from the head to the body, there was a technique for everyone. Onto the main event… sparring! The good vibes continued after a short Q&A, both Saenchai and Duangdawnoi put in their YOKKAO sparring gear and exchanged blows with the Spyda crew. With Duangdawnoi’s classic sharp teeps and sharp kicks, to Saenchais usual hilarious antics everyone was in good spirits. Finally with a clash of the ages as Saenchai found himself at the other side of his signature Cartwheel Kick when faced against a fearless young Nak Muay which had the entire gym on their feet!
