Operation VK
I was honored by @momentumflight6030 and @Performance_Designs to be invited to flock with the best canopy pilots on Operation VK. The event was held in Zephyrhills, FL from November 15th to the 20th at @skydivecity. Requiring two planes, twin otters, the 1st flocking formation of 36 athletes formed the shape of a diamond, on a horizontal level 6x6 square block, and a formation in the shape of the Valkyrie logo. I was disheartened by the weather days, but we all made do. I look forward to going to another event like this one and getting to skydive with these top Performance Design Athletes. Gotta admit, this is very cool and different. In my day, we focused only on relative work to make the biggest stars possible. 25 man and larger. It was a quick ride down. This ride is of course is way slower and more boring guessing. Anyway, skydivers as athletes, not so sure about that. They're just folks willing to risk their life for not sure what more than a cheap thrill. Not so cheap of course.
