[Webinar] Indirect Bonding Using 3Shape Ortho Analyzer with Matthew Davis
You have hopefully learned a lot in the two recent webinars covering 3Shape software presented by the Digital Tech Team of Whip Mix, featuring Matt Davis. They covered the basics of Ortho Analyzer, and its workflow from scans to models. They demonstrated 3Shape’s Aligner Studio in order for you to be able to work with Ortho Analyzer in-depth.
This time, they will cover Indirect Bonding, starting with a prepped model, and adding brackets using 3Shape Ortho Analyzer. Then, using 3Shape Appliance Designer, they’ll export a model to be printed and used to make Indirect Bonding Trays.

Thanks for this video! How can i add libraries to my system?
In the Ortho Control Panel, under the Tools section, there is a feature called Download Center. Clicking on that and then clicking the refresh button at the bottom right side will populate a list of all libraries that are available from 3Shape. If you are looking for anything that isn't available there, you will need to contact the manufacturer for their library information.
thanks for this video! why i cant save models with the brackets on them? i need to print the models with the brackets and i dont understand how this works. thank you
Can you clarify the information you are in need of. Are you building a model in model builder? The bracket can be added in the model builder step. If so, here is a video link: kzhead.info/sun/p5WFaMOeimuljJs/bejne.html

@@fero-zm6no This issue should be resolved in the new Ortho Suite as the entire process is in the same program. On the older versions of the software where OrthoAnalyzer and Appliance Designer were separate programs, you would need to open the case in Appliance Designer after placing the brackets in Ortho Analyzer. This part of the process is explained in this video starting at 32 minutes and then proceeds to demonstrate the process. Again, this video is showing the process on an older iteration of 3Shape's OrthoAnalyzer and Appliance Designer. The new workflow might differ from this in the new Ortho Suite.
