  • I've never had coconut jelly, but I like the brown coconuts with the solid coconut on the inside one guy from the carribbean told me if you eat too much coconut jelly, it'll get you constipated and like it's not good to eat too much coconut jelly at all at once but it sounds like Leon was eating 10-12 green coconuts, so maybe it's not true

  • issue w calorie counting stems from over simplification of thermodynamic principles.... kind of like concepts revolving around "gravity" or "molecular shapes", for 99.9% of ppl what u learn in middle school is a good enough explanation.... but as you delve further into the topic you find nuances and intricacies that contradict lot of what is taught.... effectively "disproving" initial statements that rely either on bold assumptions, or just to make enough sense to comprehend further details without adding further layers of complex analysis. i.e engineers v physicists or doctors v food biochemists.

  • One thing I noticed was that when I switched to a mostly meat diet I became shredded with no effort and never had to count calories. I don't subscribe to the carnivore lifestyle but there is something to it.
